Yeah, the main thing what made hive attractive for me in the first place is the nice layout for skins, models, maps, etc. downloads!
Having this for sound one day would be very nice I assume and would help the creators to get a wider publicity!

People, why do we need a whole section if you can just make a thread where you can show your own music/sound files if you really want?

-Well resource pages garner attention and essentially work like advertising. If you look now, few people actually browse the music forums.
-Well aside from the "OMG THIS IS AMAZING" or "OMG THIS SUCKZORZ" resource pages also make it easier to get feedback on your ideas, mainly since there's always people randomly browsing them.

Agreed... We should totally have a music section... but you should just like the other sections only be able to submit your OWN music or sounds... and just like the other sections... if you are suspected to have stolen music, you must prove and show a WIP. With some good and knowledgable mods that can track and bring down the music thieves that uploads someone elses music it could totally work!
