Anyone recognize this spell?

I had downloaded a spell, perhaps from one of the hero contests, that was a unit target cast that made the caster turn into whatever the target was for a certain time. I can't find it now.

Hmm... Did you recall the spell maker?
Or perhaps the hero the caster/target was?
More information, I can vaguely recall looking at it as well, but I'll need more details

Was a unit target spell, there was a energy chain and then it copied the unit including current health and mana for a few seconds. I really can't remember anything more.

Any tags, such as hex or polymorph, would be useful. Also was this before patch 1.24c?

I believe it was channel based.
