Nope, no update incoming. As per the project status description on the map link:
I am no longer working on Pudge Wars anymore (since v2.03c). Any future updates will be done solely for the purpose of bug fixes. Therefore I have released an unoptimized version of Pudge Wars for people to learn, for people to edit, and for anyone wishing to continue development for this fun map. You may download the unoptimized version here.
I was thinking. Maybe I could use Warcom to make skirmish into a game where you construct your small base, and then start fighting other players' bases. When your base dies you can pick a new race and it would be a very large map. Basically, you would have a never-ending game that would have achievements, unlockables and 11+ races!
Well, for example a Hydromancer controls the water element. His passive increases his mana regeneration per second, his q targets either ground or water. Ground creates (at level1) a water elemental for 15s, if it was water it is for 30s. At increased levels it gets abilities (Bash and Critical Strike).
His second ability is Healing Downpour, which creates kinda somethig like exlosions of water from the sky that heal in an AOE instead of dealing damage.
