adjusting evasion chance

I dont see why you'd need a trigger, but you can do it in the object editor>spells>evasion>set level = #> then adjust the stats for each level...

, you need a trigger if you want to change the chance of evasion during the game, e.g.: let say you have a footman that has an evasion ability with several levels, and you want that whenever he is near a strategic point, he has a higher chance to dogde an attack (~increasing the level/chance for evasion while the footman is near a stragetic point), you can increase the level of evasion through a trigger.
