Brilliant idea. The Necropolis/Black Citadel is just perfect for that kind of unit.

Seems like maybe you meant to tag "Spell - Blink" as a NonLooping animation, so that it doesn't sit in its green translucent state forever after blinking?

Other than that, it's looking great!

exactly where the idea came from! that plus when somebody told me the necropolis could fly at some phase during the development.

Flying Necropolis is no surprise as we can clearly encounter Naxxramas in World of Warcraft slowly flying.

The particles are crap to be honest, it looks like you just placed fire in random locations. Why is there even a fire? Is it like burning?

Animations are quite nice, they blend in with Warcraft 3. Especially the uplifting Birth animation.
