Hey, I can't post on the moose charge spell since it's a submission. I'm gonna review your spell, however there are a few mistakes you made.
The MooseCharge.rar contains files that are local to your machine (e.g. where your wurstscript and game files are) and other people opening the project will only get errors.
The same goes for the entire _build folder. Ideally you should only commit the wurst folder, and wurst.build and .args. The user then imports the project via the setup tool.
Ideally you should just publish your spell as git repo. Then the .gitignore file will automatically ignore local files. You can also then push it to github!
