    I've been so busy with sw dev work that there's been no time/energy for any hobby projects
    Anything interesting happened on the wc3 community in recent years?

    I actually don't know much about wc3 comm, I haven't been here for a long time, just recently came back to check what reforged is all about.
    Software Dev? Which industry?

    Thank you, though, sadly, I don't think I will ever have the time to play much.

    I don't have sc2 installed. But I heard there is not much in the custom game community there? (Compared to Wc3)

    Not around actually, just came back by chance to see what's new, turns out there's nothing much going on in wc3 anymore.

    Hey, looks like you're inactive, but I have a question for you ^_^
    I modified your Epic Animation Viewer so you can load any model without importing or even opening the world editor at all (by loading models as special effects).
    I think it could be useful for other people, so I was wondering if I could have your permission to upload it to the hive?

    Hey, I ended up starting from scratch but I added an "inspired by" credit for you and CHA_Owner: https://www.hiveworkshop.com/threads/importless-model-viewer-v1-2-2b.314310/

    Some of the new natives allow you to load effects by pathname, so in the map models are loaded as effects.
    I was planning to add more features (especially environment stuff is unfinished), but haven't gotten around to it.

    Haha, with that much improvement and changes, I don't think it would even need my permission anymore. At this point, it has evolved into a completely different beast!

    I haven't checked much of the new natives. But from what I've seen, orbital camera should be possible now. Heck even FPS/TPS games! I've tried using the new mouse events on my map (Mercenaries) update as well. I'd say its pretty interesting. I'd even be interested in coming back to mod for Wc3 if I still have a lot of spare time like I used to be.

    Anyways, congrats on the animation viewer!

    You clearly haven't visited some of those I recommended in a thread. Like say: wuxiaworld.com. Daily updates, with plenty of novels, including finished ones. Heck I switched from manga because the novels was faster :wink:

    the bandit has a dodge roll and a drinking animation, just transfer those animations to a footman and hope it works. Also I think it's worth mentioning that the footman's "Stand - 4" involves him drinking, could probably do a simple edit yourself maybe

    the second is the footman i use in monter2, it has a variety of attack anims that i'm sure you could use

    Okay, so the anime is Urusei Yatsura. Might give it a go, although I'm not too keen on older graphics.

    And yes, they are. Just wanted to confirm if that's how you did it, because I want to do the same dash + melee strike for my map.

    EDIT: Looool, the anime is pretty funny TBH.

    I see. I don't mind the previous melee either, it felt good to me. Basically its the dash I'm interested in.

    As a side note, what anime/hentai is your avatar from? Or is it a random image?

    I will take you up on that. I want to re-use your melee skill, because in my map i will also use the same model that you used. I assume its "EliteRifleman" found here on hive.

    Can you share your triggers? I also want it to dash like in your map. I can make my own, but I like yours already so I'd like to re-use it. PM me or post on my profile if its okay with you.
