The shirt is not far too big, nor are the pants too small (I suppose you refer to lack of width?). There is no need for a tailor here.

Untucking the shirt would look extremely retarded for a number of reasons, the major being that it's the look of the modern slob who wears a shirt because "omg he's stylish". But also because it would hide the belt and destroy the outfit as a whole.

Fitted shirts is not recommended for anyone who wants to dress according to the classically Brittish or American.

Not wearing a belt would make the green pants stick out too much, and the brown color helps break that. Without the belt, and with an untucked shirt, I don't even want to imagine how I'd look.

Also, a black belt is far too formal for that outfit and as all leather accessories and clothes should be matched by color a black belt would require black shoes and so on which would lead the outfit to amazing levels of failure.

Haven't slept in some 30 hours, excuse me for my possibly bad English.
