Custom Zeppelin [Orgrim's Hammer Inspired]

This bundle is marked as lacking. It fails to meet the standard requirements and may only have minor use.
This model was created by Retera for use in the Heaven's Fall Warcraft Mod. I am not exactly certain how directly I intended for this model to be inspired by the WoW gunship named "Orgrim's Hammer" but there is definitely some resemblance.

The purpose for this model was for the Tavern replacement in the Heaven's Fall Warcraft Mod. In recent versions of the mod, the Tavern is replaced with this ship using the name Gnorf's Traveling Party. At night, the ship flies in and lands where the Tavern would normally be located, and sells up to four rotating possible neutral heroes. This allows the customized melee environment to have more neutral heroes than what would normally fit on a Tavern, so for me it is a great solution for my mod.

So anyway, you could call this model Gnorf's Traveling Party if you wanted, or you could call it Orgrim's Hammer if you wanted (although there might be better models for Orgrim's Hammer that are more directly inspired by WoW). Either way, this is a custom zeppelin ship model for Warcraft III! I tagged this as open source so that it's clear you can edit it or make any derivatives that you want. Enjoy!

(Edit: For anybody looking for a model that directly matches the WoW horde gunships, there is already one by HerrDave that is hand-crafted artwork as far as I can tell rather than a geomerge like what we have here in my model. I definitely suggest using his model instead if what you're going for is exactly and specifically a WoW horde gunship in your map. As described above, this model is really a custom Zeppelin for putting in an old-style Warcraft III map.)

Lovely simple little model. Great stuff.

re: the Tavern solution - I've worked up my own solution to that which I rather like, where you simply "enter the backroom" of the Tavern (involves a dummy Tavern & a dummy ability to access it, nothing too fancy). Never thought about making a rotating roster, much less a flying zeppelin to house them ^_^
