I don't think there can be too many races to choose from in an (MMO)RPG.

The options are pretty much endless but I would personally love to see Nighrborne playable. Dragonkin would be cool as well I suppose.

Who the fuck want to play an ogre -.- just look at tauren, like less than 1% play them.

While there are numerous humanoid species to choose from, I'd suggest a new race related to, perhaps even being, elementals. They could start out neutral, like Pandaren, they already have a wide variety of demonstrated intellects, motivations, abilities, and they already fit perfectly into the world with existing centers of power. I wouldn't be surprised for sentient elementals to desire to take a more active role in the world's defense, given the degree of their exploitation and abuse.

I'm fucking offended. Jk.

There are actually lots of possibilities. More will be better, It won't make change to the gameplay actually...except if a faction gets a race very attractive to people which may affect population, pretty much how Blood Elves kinda balanced it in some realms.

There are many races that might be implemented. Ethereals, Naga, Drogbar, Nightborne, Highborne, Ogre, Arakkoa and more.
