thank you for the compliments. :) yep, would retouch the tile later on since I'm still layouting the terrain 1st at the moment.
Since the terrain has filled with lava, I'm planning to made player whose on this dungeon has reduced 3 hp per seconds as environmental effect.

This is the wip area of Firelord Lair, introducing Ragnaros as 2nd Main Boss that available on the game (fire mage there used as size comparison). Perhaps a suggestion to made the terrain memorable as it is for boss battle?

I've though of some ideas about this terrain. It would be great if you will make a path tile that leads to Ragnaros and most of the areas are in lava tile. Once the hero steps to the lava, they will be damaged.

It would make the battle much more interesting and challenging. The battle is not just about carelessly walking then killing the boss but you must walk carefully and reach the boss.

well doing specific tile effect would be kinda complicated, but perhaps a firetrap kind of effect will do, since the dungeon terrain itself has already had effect reducing 1 hp/seconds. beside the boss ragnaros itself ain't moving, but has around 600 ranged (without missile art) and splash damage.

thanks for the compliments.

just done the Molten Core entrance, as well as implementing save/load system, which mean tome of power will be removed in next version. yes, test version is over, and level cap will be increase into 60.

Perhaps I would include Grom Hellscream in next version as secret playable character, plan to include at least 4 secret characters taken from Legend (normal class like frost DK will be no longer a secret in next release).

Planned secret characters that would be added from legend:
- Grom Hellscream
- Sylvanas Windrunner (Dark Ranger)
- Arthas (Paladin)
- Others are TBA

Hello, andrea. I take a look again at your project and here's my comment

Well, the terrain is really cool. Nice models. I want to play WoW and this one makes me feel playing it.

The gameplay is too good. Same with the Wow. Is that really what you want to make them not moving? I think it's better that you make them wandering :)

Overall, this is a cool project and I will vote for this in Mod DB.
I am one of your great fan, good luck and have a nice day :)

speaking of secret character, would you guys prefer sylvanas windrunner as a normal ranger or a dark ranger one?

also I made the creeps that way (not moving/wandering) to avoid them stacking at some area or collide each other without space, since the terrain aren't a wide area type like in WoW one.

You could always do it the hard way.
Set a region in which the creeps can move, and create a random point in that region for each individual creature to move to.

Ideally you'd want to create a small region for every single one, but that'd just take forever. As long as you make it create a point at a random point x distance from the unit, it should be ok.

I agree with yousef. It would be great if both versions are available at game and possible with different spells, stats and everything so the way they are being played are not the same and not dull also.

But I do know that you are also minding the file size so it depends on you.

@Systemfre1 well, that'll be require alot of region spam on the map for each creeps, so I'll pass since I'm not really into spamming things on a map. hehe

thanks for the feedbacks, as for sylvanas I'd might picked the normal one based off from vote. also I couldn't use both version due to size issue so I asked the community to decide either dark ranger one or a normal ranger one.

anyway, some progress: just added death sound on each creeps, as well as some on their abilities (sound only affect on 1 screen range, to avoid global sound spam). Now working on Bosses Battle from phase to phase, dungeon final boss now can respawn minnion.

They should be immune to fire or something.. Like they recover HP every time they're hit by Fire Magic. And to make it balanced, the Fire Mage must be immune to the fire damage dealt by the environment and reduced damage taken from the enemies' fire attacks. So the only way they can destroy each other is by using normal attacks, ofc. While in team raids, the Fire Mage can be useful as the team's item carrier.. IF there is an Item sharing between party members, cause I haven't checked if there is. XD

thanks for the comments.

well, having them absorb fire magic would made fire mage abilities useless since he's currently best nuker in the game (and all of his abilities are fire-based). btw, I removed 1 damage/seconds of environment effect while in molten core due to troublesomeness, instead I made the boss had immolation (superheated for Ragnaros) ability which will activated permanently when the boss hp reach 30%.

anyway, just finished remake over of Kirik'thir and Anub'arak on Azjol-Nerub, new abilities for them as well, including Impale as iconic Anub'arak ability (had to edited the actual impale sfx removing the sand particle and changing undead blood splash with human blood one (red colored one) since his lair is a brick ground), more importantly their battle now have phases like the bosses on molten core.

also next version would have a different custom weapon attachment. this is the current ingame attachment looks for weapons that sellable in shop. (tier 1 and tier 2/common) more attachment will be coming soon after I finish editing them to fit in the icon.

nope, staff only usable for mage and priest. the screenshot is for testing purpose only.

as for size, currently it has 5,2 mb at the moment and still trying to do some poly reduction on some models meshes to avoiding oversized before beta release over.

at the moment yes, since I do not intend to create anything full screen-related system for this project.
