Saki Amamiya

Saki Amamiya appears from Sin & Punishment: Successor to the Earth! This title is currently available via the Virtual Console.

Saki stands on solid ground!

He uses his weapon, the Cannon Sword, which combines a sword and a gun into one to slice and shoot!

He cuts repeatedly without mercy!

And shows off his magnificent jump!

Take this!!

As with the original title, he speaks in English.

He rivals just about any main character. There were many requests from users for his inclusion, and he IS pretty cool, so I did what I could to include him. After all, this game does let you enjoy a dream cast of supporting characters!

H-he has absolutely no problem fitting in!
New assist trophy thingy.

I swear "he" looks more like a "she", if anything.

Well you know what those Japanese designers are like, they tend to make the boys prettier than the girls.

He's even wearing short shorts.

Lucas: Final Smash

<PK Starstorm>

Lucas’s Final Smash is PK Starstorm! It’s a move in
which he unleashes a rapid barrage of meteorl ike PSI power.

Lucas1.jpg

After a fierce battle, he gets the Smash Ball!

Lucas2.jpg

P...K....

Lucas3.jpg

STARRRRRRRRSTORRRRRRRRRM!

As the star storm continues, the tension increases.
They all rain down at once.

Lucas4.jpg

Can you possibly escape it?!

It may be that it’s less advantageous on larger stages
and more advantageous on smaller ones.
There are a variety of moves like this
that have clear advantages and disadvantages depending
on the terrain.

I dont really know how to do this but I tried

Charged Special Moves

Mastering the chargeable subset of special moves is important.

Take the following moves, for example.

Link.jpg

Link’s Standard Special Move: The Hero’s Bow

Link2.jpg

Pikachu’s Side Special Move: Skull Bash

These moves can be charged up by holding down the special-move button, increasing both speed and power. If you press the button down firmly and then release, you’ll unleash the move at full strength! When you first try out a character you aren’t familiar with, this should be the first thing you try.

But, there are also some moves that continue charging even after you release the button... Huh???

Link3.jpg

DK’s Standard Special Move: Giant Punch

Link 4.jpg

Samus’s Standard Special Move: Charge Shot

...among others.

For these moves, when you press the special-move button again, it unleashes the move at the power level you charged it to.

Also, with these moves, you can move around while charged by charging the move to the maximum limit or by pressing the shield button to cancel the charge.

Link 5.jpg

Look! Smoke shoots out from his head when he’s reached maximum charge!

Do your best to build up the maximum charge, then unleash it at just the right moment! These are superimportant techniques for characters like DK and Samus. Don’t forget them.
The charged Samus beam looks 2d lol.

I'm kinda nervous about this game, some things look like they may turn out lame. I just hope they don't ruin an awesome game.

The move that symbolizes Kirby is none other than his standard special move, Inhale!

He’s able to copy an enemy’s ability (by which I mean, their standard special move) and use it as his own.

When he inhales a foe and swallows...

He copies his opponent’s ability!

So... Which look belongs to which character?

It has nothing to do with the game being done or not, besides maybe a few bug fixes. The MAIN reason for the delay is Nintendo marketing strategies..at least, with the March 9th one..

It isn't THAT big...so I'm not worried...

Yet.

Your all forgetting the famous quote from the most famous game designer of all time: "A delayed game is eventually good, while a bad game is bad forever". This second delay is not due to marketing but to fix some bugs and stuff found during testing.

Also not all characters from SSBM are returning. There has been no real deconfirmed any characters yet but three characters who most likely will not return: Pichu, Dr. Mario and Roy.

Human Ganondorf? o_O Never seen that. Luigi and Ganondorf are most likely in but mewtwo is a hard one. He could be replaced by Lucario which is an immensely popular Pokemon.

Why remove Sonic and any other characters? They take nothing away from the game they only add unique characters.
