Who is Triggs?

I created this thread in the Site Discussion becaue this thread is related to the Chat.
This guy never gets out from the chat. Who is Triggs? If Statharas is right that he is a bot, so who is Triggs? And what is he designed for? I don't see him at the active member list.

The bot is currently inactive, That's why it can't reply on your messages.

The previous version would respond to everything you said but the only thing it does right now is greeting messages.

It's running on it's own server so that's why it's online 24/7.

I have some more work to do on it but I've been busy with other stuff.

It is not whether or not you could, it is whether or not it would be convenient. Most technology exists because it makes tasks easier, not because it makes tasks possible that weren't possible before. (Although that kind of technology obviously exists too).
