You don't need to be a 'reclusive billionaire' to study piano. It's the same as any other instrument(drums, guitar, pipe, etc). You pay a monthly fee, go to a studio once or twice a week and some guy or girl instructs you on how to play, teaches you musical theory, etc. ><
