Looks like a fog, rotated so it is flat on the ground, and colored, and arranged accordingly. Thatd be my guess. But that's exactly what I thought to myself also
EDIT: Well, I did a little test, and I couldn't get it to roll or change, but if u set the fog to the smallest it will go and shrink the height of it u can make this!

Pretty much anything that is made by MadseN or Tassadoom! He really should come to the Hive, he'd get more publicity.

I think Tassadoom is just under MadseN, and I would "put him up there". He's my second favorite terrainer.
