Ok here is my latest terrain, with the new UTM. Personally I think it's one of my best. Tell me if you like it better with fog.

It is awesome, yet I don't like stretched grass texture that appears to be completely cut of. Also stairs seem too repetitive. I think it would look much more awesome with some better textures. Tree placement is brilliant as well as doodad variation at the left. I like fogged one better. All in all, awesome! 9.8/10!

Nah, the stairs looks fine.
I like both pics equally much, it's all a mather of what you want to do.

I mean grass cuts off from the scene, it is too undetailed, maybe you could use some grass doodads?? in which case you would have to place them everywhere which could have some bad results...
