well the uptade post is stickied... Archian is giving the links ther to every update they do. Not much yet, but still. Its Here And I believe the reason why they do not update is becaue that they dont want to showtoo much from every act.
The new unit, the Dune Threser, is assumingly from act 2.

Yeah, I was thinking they should have just went "all out" or at least kept all the classes from D2(plus added the extra 4 in D3), maybe just change them slightly or don't change them all so they don't have to spend too much time on the returning classes.
 
hmm i they e got a wizzard now i reckon the could have something like a hunter or trapper an probs a pladin cos of demons in daiblo but maybe a warlock that could give the game quite a twist to be a warlock
 
Male Rogue!!, like the wizard so far but the other 2 are kinda of just meeh, i never played barbarian and that witch doctor is ripping off on the fab necromancer.. He will be missed, favorite class was in fact Druid but i don´t want to see that class in diablo 3.

Anyway, off-topic that is.

I'm still looking forward to a kick ass Paladin. I miss my zlot..
 
Here is the basic low-down on D3 classes:

1. The barbarian is the ONLY original class to return in the FIRST D3 game. That is, in the basic D3, only the barb will return, but other classes could return in expansions.

2. Like D2, there will be 5 classes in the basic D3, so we can assume there will be 2 more in any expansions.

3. The Necromancer will NEVER return. Blizzard has said that the necromancer is too well designed. Not imba, but it works so smoothly in Diablo 2 that if they tried to port it over to Diablo 3, it would be either very underpowered or very overpowered, especially now that D3 classes are proportionally MUCH stronger.
