What can i do now in world edit that i couldnt in 1.28

Im a bit new to modding war3, so when i see all these new 'natives' it honestly just goes over my head and i have no idea what any of it actually means. so... What exactly can i do now in world edit that i couldnt do in 1.28? what do the new natives do?

You can now easily change unit max health, max mana, damage, armor etc which requires BonusMod before.

There's also the new mouse native which allows for more variation in games.
I could change that all easily before though? or is this through triggers?

Is the mouse native a trigger response or something that returns the mouse position and button presses? i honestly have no idea what 'natives' means sorry, im new to triggers atm
