It's more a sort of a priest than a shaman.

A pyremaster is a very importaint role in the orcish culture. He can summon the fire , wich he mostly uses to burn the corpses of the fallen warriors(orcish culture says hello!) beside he can speak with the ashes of the burned warrior and gain from him informations about his life dead and so.
Dude, dont be ridiculous. Even in the real world psychics are able to to tell things about people using their ashes which are very strong things...
And in a fantasy world you can learn anything because you can just see the spirit of the ashes and learn things from the dead.
Plus I think you havent read the pyremaster WoWWiki article. It explains pretty fine how the whole thing works
This isnt sci-fi dude. This is Warcraft.
And I know what you're thinking about, dont even try to say that gnomes and Titans have high tech, thats lame WoW lore!

Well now that you've mentioned it, it's kind of silly that the Night Elves who lived for about some eons or thousand of years didn't manage to reach high-advance technology. The Gnomes are just inventive as the goblins, and the Titans are an extraterrestrial race, very old, they should be the most advanced technologically speaking.

Seriously dude, don't even think. Why would night elves try to get some high-advance technology? They don't need it, everything they need get from nature. They are not we, modern humans that needs to discover everything new.
Wise man once said:
"People once lived in forests. They got food from trees and water from river. If they could, they made something from things they found in forest. And the things they could'nt make, are the things they don't need."
Gnomes and Goblins are technological race, some of their technology is even better then ours. Titans - if you ever seen Ulduar, you know what technology they have.
So please, read and look at something before you post something this "#$%&.
Gnomes and Goblins are just crafty lol.Long discussion of technology
From what I have read, Pyremaster can raise dead peoples, because he is like a Necrolyte of the good side.Pyremaster discussion
Okay, I'll search for a clay-like texture.supertoinkz, not only does the wrap on the stone still looks ugly, but the texture is worse now. I suggest using clay like the rest of the building.
Debode's making suggestions, stay cool.Can you ever say something positive?

Shaman = Warlock
Pyremaster = Necrolyte
I'm thinking if they could have the same abilities (I don't mean "very" same abilities) with different pros and cons.

- GeosetAnims (to darken the rock texture).
Very nice. Maybe the building textures should be more contrasted to the terrain ?
Hmm i thought about it but i 've got also this idea to use the troll berserker.
Hm... is it really fitting for a spearthrower? However, his animation could look pretty interesting...
Well, Hunter sounds more "deadly" than Spearthrower. I suggest we change the name of the Spearthrower to...hmmm...Impaler? Lol.
/@ deepblade : As for me, Hunter one who hunts, while Spearthrower one who throws. Lol.
/@ Cthulus : because the lore on the mod takes place before Wc1, and in the game Wc1, Orcs have a unit called Spearthrower (which is the counterpart of Human Archer).
I hope this project goes along well, and get finished unsimilar to many other big hits on the modding community. It could in truth be the last breath before the retirement of Warcraft 3.
Just a question; what kind of musical or ambience will you be using in these campaigns? Blizzard is a promising resource for background music elsewere.
