Hi! I'm DivineArms, not a very experienced Warcraft 3 Modder, an average cartoonist, and a voice actor that's been trying since kindergarten xD
If you need a map or anything at all that needs some voicing, I'm the guy to talk to ;)
I can usually do a multitude of voices, may it be a glorious, mighty knight, or a shady assassin, or a western gunman xD

Don't believe me? Have some voices! (More to come, when I'm bored):

Hey, how's that flametank soundset going btw? ;D

Still finding the time to do it. I already have a voice in mind and I've practiced it in the shower a couple of times. It sounds pretty crazy, so I've been meaning to do it at a time when I'm alone at my house, since I live with people xD

Very interesting, and very cool. Some thoughts:

You've definitely got a solid level of skill going on here. Soldier, Priest, and Thief are all solid, if a tad homogeneous (alike) (at least the Thief sounds suitably rough & sneaky). The Dwarf is a good example that shows you can pull off an accent... I get a bit of a "Spanish" vibe rather than Scottish, though; not sure why. :< Solid Goblin, just solid. Whatever you did to your voice, it's good. Can still kinda hear 'you' through it, but it's not as strong as the first three. However, the real question in my head was... "can he pull off Trolls?"... And I'd say "almost certainly". :p At least for my purposes, your Troll had the appropriate level of thick, primal strength & deepness... However, I'm afraid it might've almost been too deep (or perhaps "dusky" is the word). Very cloaked and almost hard to understand, I guess.

Perhaps that's the only thing that's a bit off-putting; your voice is fine, great even; but if I had a game full of it, it would be noticeable. I fear that's the issue with Voice Actors; unlike artists (icons, models, textures, etc) where a consistency of art is desirable, voice artists really have to work hard to make their voice un-recognizable. Otherwise it's pretty much just "Kyrbi0 voicing a Slave Troll", then "Kyrbi0 voicing a Warrior Troll", and "Kyrbi0 voicing a Mage Troll", etc... At least I have my wife for the female ones ^_^.

However, I can promise myself you that I'm gonna need more Troll voices than that exist in the MPQ, and more than I can record myself (see above issue with "too many voices by one guy gets noticeable), so I think I might just have a job for you, if'n you're looking for it. :p See above link and if you're interested, we can hunt around for a role (I've got plenty).

~

Either way, overall I'm impressed. Keep it up, and let me know!

You are good, subscribing.!

There is something about your breathing though,
like sometimes it reduces your clarity and feels like you are "Acting",
instead of a voice natural from the person themselves.
(That is in my opinion. I don't know how others hear it, Don't mind though, you are great!)

It's kinda difficult to naturally sound like someone else when you have a nerdy voice with a Filipino accent :p
Maybe my voicing may have been a little half-hearted, so I'll try harder next time!

Those are quite nice :D
Jax was somewhat off, but I assume you did those in a sort of passing-by manner. For that they are quite good.

Yeah, I was voicing stuff before I went to school because I was bored, so I kinda just flew by the voices as a challenge :p

You sounded like Udyr mostly, they are amazing!

Id say Ezreal, Brolaf, Ryze, and Wukong are amazing!

The only weird ones are "TF, Vlad, Lee Sin, and Renekton", the rest are lovely :p

Thanks for the comment xD
As much as I love voicing, I just can't quite get the low, bass voices correctly. Dammit genes!

Hey DivineArms, very good voice acting there! Which microphone do you use?

My equipment is an Audio-Technica ATR2500-USB Cardioid Condenser USB Microphone and a Nady MPF-6 6-Inch Clamp On Microphone Pop Filter, mounted on a makeshift mic stand. If you're looking for a good microphone, I definitely recommend this one WITH the pop-filter. I also know from a friend of mine that a Yeti Snowball Mic is good as well. Also, thanks for the comment ^ ^

Wow you're good :D Can you do an Ogre Warlord and an Ogre Warrior voice? (both with one head)

It would be nice if you could be more specific about what you want :S
Show me the model to get a feel about what the voice should be or give me some lines and some kind of voice sample to base it on, be it from warcraft or whatever.

Eh, sorry for not doing a lot of stuff lately, but I kinda took a week long break from any work and just played nothing but skyrim xD
I'll begin voicing again for people who made requests ^ ^

Also, two new items at the main post!

Placed it in the main post. The voice is incredibly hard to maintain for me though D: Almost killed myself recording the lines multiple times xD

Thats great, thanks for the hard work!
I will get you a review when I reach home ;D

EDIT:

I think its a bit too raspy even for Garen, but those are awesome! (As a totally new character that is.)

I don't want you to go killing yourself recording those lines though.

To be honest, I was expecting "Demacia!" as its one of his most iconic line xD

Well, you did very good overall, how can I get you to my projects? x) are you busy with other projects?

I think you would do better with the old Garen, wanna give it a try?

I tried the Demacia line a couple times, but I ended up sounding like a child trying to scare a grasshopper.

Also, totally forgot to try the old garen voice, so I'll have to check that out xP

Right now, some people who contacted me for voicing jobs are still figuring out what they want me to do, so I'm pretty free as far as I can say.

Your newest posted done requests, that is both Goblin ones, are very good I must say, much better than samples that you put in the beginning.

You can alter your voice a lot! Would have another question on the microphone..
Do you think such a mic combo is also fitting for recording just plain sound effects like gun shots or swords hitting armor stuff or even music?

Well, I really wouldn't know how recording gun shots and metal impacts would turn out, but my best guess is that recording would be fine as long as you don't hold the mic up too close to the source of the sound, since it's kind of sensitive to loud, poppy noises. However, using the pop filter should help against that kind of stuff without affecting the sound quality. Recording music would do just fine with my mic setup I believe.

I just want to recommend DivineArms, he does fantastic work (just finished doing some voice for my project) and I hope I'll do some more cooperation with him in the future  .
