I vote for adding a trigger if someone with the name whatever lowe have enters the game he'll get disconnected. Would be so friggin' cool. And it should be possible.
 
i agree but those trriger are for public :D i vote for adding the map for our clan.I asumed there will be clan created by sverkerman.Also adding like trigger that will cover the code so that other players cant see is also a very good thing.
 
I'm not very sure it's possible, or, atleast I wouldn't bother to fix it, but that would just be a condition like one of the clan is in the game equal to false then end game, well, I don't think there'll be a clan.
 
I might create a clan for Truevision.

However, I will not be the one who leads daily games!

1 more week and Hagge5 is back with perhaps the whole map triggered.

Me myself has been working on the trailer for a couple of days and its turning out great.

Anything Truevision related that anyone wants an answer to or anything else in general that I might be able to provide any of you information with?
 
Thanks for all the supportive comments and I know that each time you guys see a project being developed like this it ends up with one of the members leavin and the whole project being dismissed.

However, me and Hannes are really good friends and have even met eachother IRL. It is only me and him so the possibility for argues are extreamly limited concidering the fact that each time one of us cames up with a idea or something to actually argue about it is being concidered into the maximum and an extreme amount of respect is shown towards the founder.

In other words, this project is not getting dismissed.

To Burke who most likely didn't understand that:
Ze project aint bein lu dismissed ifyouknowwhatimsayin aigh't broskii??


Anyone who got any questions around the project? We need feedback :3


Also I would like to mention that we are in an extreme need of beta testers!!! But you can only beta test if you use our supporter sig! To beta test simply PM me, (Sverkerman) saying that you would like to beta test and your in!
 
Hai, I managed to get internet for a post.

Let's see...
To have all triggering done is a huge overestimation. I'm far from there.
While im here im trying to keep my social life, so I havent been working more than maximum 2 hours per day.

What I've done so far: (one week):

-Finished the first class
-there is now a startup screen for choosing classes etc.
-An advanced multiboard that shows levels when youre in first-person mode, and levels+hp and mana of the ones your fighting with while in combat (looks awsome with mana regen)
-Fixed a lot of bugs, other minor issues, and fixe the GetLocalPlayer functions that would cause desync.
-Added a music "system", so different regions can have different music.
-Added a way to return "quests"
-Fixed so we have the different stats that we want, working.
-Added some sound effects to the most common things you do (going out and in of inventory slots, etc.)
-A beta tester signature


And I just started adding actual content and NPC's yesterday. I still have a-hell-a-lot-of-triggers for enemy spells and NPC's. My goal is to have working NPC's for all regions done so far in one week, and perhaps a few enemies as well (the spells will take alot of time in the beginning, but once we got a lot of them, we should be able to re-use them with different special effects and stats)

So, what I have left:
-Looting system for weapons.
-Looting system for " loot" (stuff dropped from animals), should be easy.
-Save system
-A lot of NPC's
-A lot of enemies
-A lot of enemy spells
-PvP (prolly not for BETA)
-A lot more items
-A lot more icons for berry items (not many icons of berries here, I'll make them myself)


I don't think I missed anything.
Sorry if I've been lazy, but that's how it is right now. The reason I haven't started on NPC's and enemies sooner is because the main systems are so important. If they dont look and work well, nothing will. I hope you understand.

I might upload a picture of the beta tester sig tonight (It's just a blue version, though), but I think you all is expecting BETA abit too soon. This map is highly scripted, and therefore, enemies and NPC's aren't just placed and left there. They need custom spells and interaction choices.

Oh, and sverkerman, If you tried to call me, you should know that I forgot a re-charger for my cellphone. Sorry. No power.
 
OMFG THIS IS THE BEST MAP EVER TEACH ME GOD HOW TO MAKE SUCH A GOOD MAP!(Sorry for caps but I am over excited this map seems like it was made by God himself If you know how you could make this into a freaking Mmorpg)

amagad 13th viewer :DD btw i muted and fast forwarded that tree talk T_T .. no first peron view T_T i dont like tha from the air, and your moveing thru the map is not good :S anyway map is good :D and thats is what matter's.Liked the intro though :D
 
Well i dont really care, its not like my life is going to be changed cuz i wroted "* you" on a forum, right?I have respect for all admins and mods here, and forum is usefull, but srsly if i am going to be banned for saying @ for hes answer there was fp view. then go. make ur day.

I dont know what rtc is, but first person view is when you are viewing from ingame position from your characters position of view. -.-' and can we now stop this offtopic -.- ........
 
Calm down people. Burke you have no reason for disrespecting Bugz like that and cursing him for no reason. If you got any problems feel free to share them with me and I shall ease your pain.

Also about WASD movement not being supported by WC3, you haven't met Hagge5 yet have you? :ogre_hurrhurr:

I dont need to, there are only two ways.
Using an external tool or using Hotkeys.

@Bugz Sigh, _obviously_ I ask the project developer when Im posting in this thread and not any random guy. And I can(and did) block him.
 
My avatar is a picture of my face.. It shows you what I look like.

Alchemy is the profession which you use to power up your gear with. You make potions with herbs and berries which are collected from herbalism. The potion can then be applied to your gear, permanently increasing your stats.
