Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.

Improved chapter 3's ending dialogues (outdated).
Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!
Mystic Storm and Frost Shard recoded.
From this version onwards, a number of items can only be bought once. Choose wisely and try not to lose those items. You cannot buy them again!
Small changes to abilities, but not much. I plan to once again balance them in the coming minor versions. For example, I was thinking to completely remove Bleed, Brittle and Stagger. What do you think?

Now every fourth ranked synthesis Item will require a Zozi to reduce player from getting too many powerful items at early chapters.
Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.

Black merchant can only be seen between 24:00 to 6:00 o'clock.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
Fixed some bugs.

Most of the item descriptions are updated.
Some of the items are remade.
Upgraded Lucky Boxes and put new unique items.
And a lot of bug fixes.




Fixed a starting bug from chapter 3. It should now work properly.

Now there are only two magical balls instead of three. Also now they give solid magic bonus instead of percent.
Removed Phodom's speciality that gives plus one Dig Power every 10th level.
Also changed Professions bonuses.
Some of the spell book spells are remade and balanced such as first Fire Spell.
Added Game Panel where you can for example eat food, move your boxes and cast espers.
And many, many other changes. Once again so many changes I simply cannot remember everything.




Save & load combat kings and spell book spells are fixed.
Restore Panel fixed.
Fixed vitality system.
Six new Galeoth abilities: Chill of the Frost Master, Frozen Storm, Icy Barrage, Inner Light, Mesmerizing Ice Crystal and Piercing Shard.
Combat Kings are remade. All high tier combat kings aren't remade yet.
After every cinematic units you had selected before will be selected for you automatically.
Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.
Chapter 1 Boss, Chapter 1 Elite Boss, Chapter 3 Boss and Chapter 3 Elite Boss battles are now improved.
Fixed Code Puzzle.
Fixed Kaza Leader Dialog.
Remade Chapter 5 Elite Boss Fight and fixed few problems of it.
Now Main Quest 3 can be completed right after watching The Bridge Cinematic at chapter 5.

Fradz model is now changed. Thanks to Kitabatake who made it from the beginning to the end.
Galeoth model is now changed. Thanks Fan for starting the model and making most of it and Kitabatake for finishing it.

A new system! Boss status system. All thanks for Maker who created this system.
Now Agility Stat will give critical dmg and evasion chance.
Chapter 1 Boss and Chapter 1 Elite Boss are now slightly stronger and they have some new special abilities.

Illusory Double illusions now will take 500% damage compared to Fradz from 1000% damage.

Fixed Zwill Blade's synthesis, now it should be able to create.
Increased Phodom's base movement speed from 250 to 275.
Spell book spells are cooldown are now changed. Here are the cooldowns from first to fourth 90/180/300/once per chapter.
Dozens of smaller and bigger bug fixes.




Fixed a bug and now Black Market sells the correct item: Third Hand. Now you finally can actually get the Thief Set at chapter 2.
Fixed Anthenex Esper's attack type.
Fixed Bronze Shovel bug and the dig power at multiboard.
Now Lightning Orb's buff should not give any advance to enemies.
Fixed Omega Orb and now it should summon Elemental Golems every 15 to 90 seconds.
Items Zwill Blade and Aerial Shoes are now made stronger




Chapter 3 is now open.
Fixed Combat Kings where they were always rested to level 1 after loading.
Fixed a difficulty settings in chapter 2 as they were too weak for the stronger difficulties. Now enemies are stronger as they should be(ATK: 0%/0%/10%/20%/30% & HP: 0%/0%/15%/45%/75%).
Changed Ground Zero's cooldown from 20 seconds to 15 seconds
Edited Aura Of Fire, now it also do damage per second.
Fixed chapter 2 epic boss' passive spells. Now there's something actually.

You must only use one person's inventory. All items must be in the same character's inventory. I have not experienced the bug you describe so if placing all items in the same inventory doesn't work you are left with two choices. A) Move on to chapter 6. B) Download the latest version and restart chapter 5.

Sorry, I guess my wording was terrible, what I meant was that I tried putting all the items in Phodom's inventory and then tried Fradz's inventory when it didn't work. Neither works, nor do the the boxes.

As I mentioned in my previous post, I am already using the latest version, that's probably the version where the bug is present.

I had no choice but to move on, so that's what I did. To update, the recipe still doesn't work in chapter 7 with a stack of 15.

Would like to see this bug fixed though so I don't need to keep track of my stacks in future playthroughs.

few minor bugs with new version...my BIGGEST problem is when you use the swap item command on one of your boxes(in my case just now fradz 6th box) it deletes the item you tried to switch and gives the box whatever item you were holding in the 1st slot. aka my best item and pretty much ruined 4-5 hours of gameplay now. Seeing as my first walkthrough in ch. 2 the scorpion king(mighty w/e) spawned nearby town and chased me into town, triggered cut scene to black market, and sat in town repeatedly killing me. So now I lost the first play through on a boss glitch, big whoop, then i hotkey a meaningless ability and it deletes my item LOL. REAL CRACK UP JOB ON THESE MINOR ISSUES THAT SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT BE IN THE GAME SOME 5 YEARS IN THE PROJECT? /nerdrageover all in all love the game tho sorry for the qq just insanely sucks

A very good campaign but no usage makes enemies nearly invincible and the music,spells and the story absolutely fantastic that anti-cheat system is good but at some points cheats are required :)

hey i have this bug where i die within cinematic after i defeat epic boss in chapter 3.

also campaign is very fun, playing on hardcore on the first try and its hard, really liking that, managed to beat all the bosses thus far(many saves were required), most of campaigns and games is really easy these days, so its nice to see something more challenging, superb job

edit : solved it, by skipping the cinematic although not on the first try :), but now i missed some story and that sucks a bit

edit2 : another bug : can't do synthesis of lesser magic orbs when they are not in required stack for recipe and since u can't split them it really sucks.

edit3 : browsed a bit through the comments and found out this

I changed it a little bt. Now you must have EXACT number in your inventory.

Why would u do that.... now those stacked lesser magic balls are literally useless....

The bosses are not Overpowered at all,sure John murdered me couple of times but still killable!

Is The Chosen Ones site down? For the past few days whenever I try to access it I get the following error on my screen

Database Error
Please try again. If you come back to this error screen, report the error to an administrator.

And seeing as I cannot even access a tab I can't report the error to an admin.

I find this bug very interesting because I have done exactly what you said about a dozen times and it works every time for me. And I too am using the latest version... I got nothing for you :goblin_cry:

TCO item list

I never played last 1.0a, so I can't help anybody about lesser magic balls, but Aero said that you would need the exact stack of lessers to become a greater. My advice is be carefull stacking lessers in a box, and if you reach 5, then stack in other box the new ones, or if you have money, directly change them to greater. Aero always putting a hard thing in every patch :D

The site is down and it is sad, because a lot of guides are dead. I will try to support the TCO's comunity with my saved item list (I knew that this day would come, so I saved it previously). Just press ctrl find and look for what you need on the list.

Everything the guy said is true. I've triend finding similar campaigns but nothing comes close to this. TCO basically adds 30+ hours and another level of perspective into WC3.

When I try to make it with the other ingredients it doesn't work. I think it's because i have 11 stacks of it instead of 5. So how can i split the stacks for the orb thingy that gives you magic damage?

The admins are right when not giving the campaign a director cut. The way too long loading screen lowers the general quality.

He spent 8 years for it. You can barely wait a minute or two and you felt entitled to gave it 1 star?

In all honesty "lower the general quality" in my dictionary does not equal to 1 star.
If you don't want to play it because it is too long then you don't have to downrate it.
But I suppose it's true that some people are born just to be at odds with others and spread their bitter antagonism everywhere.

IIRC you can split items by dropping it into the same slot it belongs. IDK though i don't have that kind of problem on my playthrough...

I've never had the patience to wait so long. The loading screen is as important as any other aspect of a campaign.

Now i understand why everyone treats you with disrespect.
You can't appreciate the hard work of other authors. Even worse, you felt entitled to down rate just because you cannot be bothered to wait a minute or two.

You only hear things you wanted to hear and say things you wanted to say regardless of the circumstances, without consideration of others, and stomping on another person as you see fit.

Also, you saw the world in black or white.
If others treat you with disrespect, you blame them as assholes, you saw them as the culprit, the ones who should be blamed.
You justified your behavior and view yourself as the victim, without realization that you treat others the same way.
It goes cycles and cycles. So i suppose i am right that some person are born just to spread their bitter antagonism.

However what you've said are right. Some people should not be allowed to vote, even more comment. Because they lack the decency of it.
And if what i've said is considered "spreading antagonism" because some particularly indecent people happened to spread it on the first place, i deserve a warning whereas he deserves a punishment. It could be a ban. Why, he has his last warning already.

I just wanted to point out that the loading time is an important factor that needs consideration, too, but the author of this campaign lost control over it, I suppose because of tons of custom stuff.

As for hauw, I will just ignore your troll comments.

Can somebody tell me something about alchemism? In the campaign I can't make any potions because it says I'm not experienced enough. In the multiboard it says that I'm an alchemist level 0. How can I change that?? Please somebody tell me. I have over 30 flowers of each kind and many flasks of each kind but I'm not experienced...

Also: Any idea where the elite boss of Chapter 6 is?

Hello! I've played this campaign for several hours but i already love it! But i have several question to mention...
* For some reason all text in Menu is gone, how to fix this?
* The "Save Game" button is greyed out, does the game save after I finish a chapter or is there just another way?

Your alchemy level increases when you make potions. Random potions don't require any alchemy level.

You'll find elite boss in ch 6 if you go back near the starting location (in the lava area) of the chapter after entering the fortress. You must not have freed galeoth.

In the library, you'll have to use 2 characters to activate correct switches on each side, while third character walks on the elevators. Use the delay to your advantage.

You'll have to enter the correct cave 3 or 4 times, I don't remember the correct combination. You could also just teleport.

Recipes DONT WORK IN CHAPTER 5?

Im in CH5 and i bought the "greater magic ball" recipe.
I got all the required items ( 5x lesser magic balls, sapphire ) and it doesn't work... do i need to unstack them? if so... HOW?

Yeah idk why Areo changed it but it needs to be exact number of balls now
just be careful when you reach 5 minor balls switch to diff inventory

I'm at the obelisk boss in chapter 9 and i'm just confused on how to fight it.
I feel like there must be some secret, since it has 600k hp and 96% damage reduction, but I can't figure it out. I thought the wisps might have something to do with it but they're invulnerable, and I can just go around killing portals forever but it doesn't help anything.

Do I simply not deal enough damage, or is there some strategy i'm missing? None of the storyline bosses have been difficult for me so far, though I've had to pass on some of the optional ones.
