Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

All abilities remade and new abilities: Battle Banner, Fiery Ball, Fire Power, Ultimate Sacrifice, Counter Attack, Energy Shield, High Strike, Crystal Plane, Galeoth's Order, Illusion Army, Magic Convert and Magical Fog.
'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.
Now also Strenght increases Critical Damage just like Agility.
Chapter 5 Pumpking Quest's second cinematic updated.
Chapter 7 Epic Boss removed the terrain deforming to decrease lag.

Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!

Now every fourth ranked synthesis Item will require a Zozi to reduce player from getting too many powerful items at early chapters.
Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".
Fixed some bugs.

Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.

Omg chapter 4! So the Give Up will be working? (it will allow me to grind between version!). I'm stuck in Deathspank but on next version I will do a new playthrough and bring you everything i will find.

Hi i'm a huge fan of your map, it's awsome (played the alpha v.), however there is a huge bug in chapter 2, when I use Fradz stat increasing skill (forgot the name but u should know wich) my stats decrease by 1 each time i use it.

just to let u know ;-)

I believe he played alpha with that bug but however not 1.2a or 1.3.
I've found Camera moving issues. Because i mostly use Keyboard arrows to move camera i find it annoying.. When you move camera with keyboards right arrow it sort of stops in the middle u hav to push it serveral times to move screen 10 inches. Oddly it buggs alot with right screen scrolling using keyboard.. Now, when i tried with mouse, it was ok. My keyboard isn't broken i've tried on other warcraft maps as well as other games. As i mentioned it stops scrolling more often when trying to move screen to right.. Up down left bugs too but not that often so if this exact thing happens not just to me i hope you could look into that.. I believe it's tied up with RPG like bound character cam where u can set it to follow and move angles with keyboard arrows.

PS: I like your avatar pics.. Theyre funny and where you dig them out of? Srsly you keep changing those i like that. hmm mb i should get one too. :D

Yeah, well that camera system is created by Viikuna who's at the moment in army. I quite don't understand how he did that system because it uses JASS(I only can work with GUI). So is it is a problem I must contact Viikuna?

About those avatar picks, I just go random websites and if I see something funny I always save images. Then later I probably will use some of my pictures. When I pick a new avatar it's based on my current emotions. Usually they are funny! For example, http://www.4chan.org/ is a site where you can find pictures, but watch out, it's really "random" site.

Sword of haste doesn´t work for me. It doesn´t increase att speed. :( Now i have to start campaign again and pick other bonus for fradz cuz its annoying to have no bonus at him... Maybe it´s because of illusion doubles? (when illusion kills enemy on last hit, the illusion gains bonus number, usually 2 points)

As for the camera movement with keyboard arrows.. It's not top priority but if opportunity arises try to fix it. About Sword of haste.. Yes i tried sword of haste with images and it worked just make sure your hero gets last kill not the image. If u saw naruto use his shadow clones to gain experience 5 times or more faster once they dissapear so if it was somthing similar here for frads it would be cool. Then again it would take lots of time to make that i suppose. And yes sword of haste works for fradz. I'm currently on chapter 2.
Chapter 1: When i tried to make strenght potion i had all the ingredients and lvl 3 or above alchemist but once i clicked make str potion it returned with messenge somthing similar to " you don't have required ingredients.. thats impossible cuz i had all the flowers level 3 alchemist AND triangle flask.
Chapter 2: Energy ball Fradz spell once activated works fine but it's vision is so small u can't see anyone around also from the point u cast it fradz even tho is in energy ball but i can hear him attacking enemy unit's apart from energy ball hitting so is he attacking enemies out of energy ball or is it some bug? Either way it seemd like unfair advantage. Cuz the ball does like 1000 damage and the basic attacking over 1000...
Chapter 2: The big boss whos name is :haha ha the biggest hahaha loser hahaha in the whole hahah world lol. His IMPALE or whatever stun cancels frads Teleport strike even tho fradz becomes "untouchable" and invulnerable during those 12 attacks.
1 more question.. about the Molson guy on the mountain cliff being sad about his bro dead.. Is it just random joke or somthing more? Also it would be much better overall if i could cancel cinematic during it rather than b4 it has started. But if there are reasons for that it should be so let it stay it's not so much of a problem.
The spell fradz gets when he clicks one guy for some time and he whines about stop staring at me and gives you thunder shock or somthing.. That spell does dmg alright freezes around units but it seems that it doesn't heal or heals so little it's worthless for healing.

Actually it doesn't "stun", but Fradz cannot find a next prey that is vulnerable so he cancels the ability(same happens for Flash Strike). Boss becomes invulnerable while doing that impale strike.

It's an enormous job to do so. I won't make cinematics skip able while watching.

Ok in original Naruto series Naruto made couple shadow clones "images" of himself and "skipping all unescerary junk" While a clone performs some ability or train himself he gains experience and when naruto calls of shadow clone "image" or he dies the experience the shadow clone "image" had gained during his short "life" transfered to Naruto that way he could learn ability in a month not in 20 years ofc with a hundreds of shadow clones.
Yours idea about permanent instant 25% more xp should do the work. OR Let's put it this way: When fradz kills som1 he gains 2x more xp for kill cause image was nearby and survived. So if there was 4 images he'd gain 4x more exp on each kill. I believe it's the easiest way. Then again those 25% xp gain is good. Up to you.

OHHH i just realised... Hmm he becomes invulnerable while performing the spiking stun ability so when Fradz stopped i got stunned shortly after so i thought it didn't make sense Cuz i didn't see him get invulnerable anyway i overlooked this.

That's understandable.

This is very interesting idea and I think I can actually do this. We'll see! Thanks for the bugs & suggestions.

I played chapter four, however, Phodom's combat kings and fire abilities in chapter one just miss (don't inherited).
By the way, could you tell me how to find the "walking tree" in chapter four?:grin:

Bug: Drinking Mana potion doesn't work using F2 tab. Also if you have any rejuvenation potions they will be picked first.. It would be better if you add option to drink rejuvenate potion apart.
Second thing.. I just couldn't find thief set third item in chapter 2 for fradz.. I got the ring and the hand or somthing. So i got 3 items that give more change to steal items 2 is rare 1 is unique. Couldn't complete set. As for archeon set it went smooth.
Third: Could't find/or remember where 10th dig spot is ... It would be nice if there was some option/item/ability to show/locate on the minimap where items still lie.. I mean like i tried to dig somthing once and i couldn't (digging skill too low) so the next time i couldn't locate the mining spot that still has items unless i would go throu all of them but I only saw 9 mining spots on the map that were reachable. I also saw 2 others that were out of map. So the 10th is missing or somehow it slipped past my eyes. Impossible! :) Hmm could put a ward of somthing that kind of reminds that there still item lies beneath.
Fourth: Chapter 3 Galeoth. There are 2 ghosts near lucky box and the magic orb. I just can't seem to kill them They go invulnerable and heal all health even if i strike killing blow i hear their death scream yet they still are there attacking. This way i got some charges for my pack item lol. And my food is 0/10 can't seem to find any shops or creep drops to replenish my vitality.

Why Phodom's healing abilities disappear in chapter 4. plus abilities that phodom bought from black market also gone...

Are you sure they are missing? What about whole spell book, is it still there? That tree... You must find a little fairies around the chapter.

There's no space for that. So I have to put it under the hit point or mana section... I could always remove the scroll. So which one, scrolls or rejuvenate potions?

They can die only when they have 0 mana. There's a shop in chapter 3 actually.

I could swear i had third hand... The one that deals intx3 dps every 10 secs? So i put all 3 items together and nothing happend. Black market-You mean the shops or the black guy who appears anytime? I don't c much use for scrolls.. maiby in later chapters. Idk i'll just drop my rejuvenate potions out of box when i use it :) Ways around it.

Now i have to drop the hand before i kill him :( Fix this pls thats mega annoying :(

This is an excellent idea. I'm not quite sure how you'll do it, but it will be awsome. Till then i won't have to fight in fear of dying always on edge :) Couse my boxes are full of potions.

About thief set... I believe combining those 3 items doesn't work or i don't hav all items.. Btw i'll reload my Fradz saved game and try to get it.
And when the new version coming out? I soon have weekend i can spare more time.

Chapter 3: Epic quest. Puzzle number 2 after elemental golems. IMPOSSIBLE. I get it. Yellow round circles represent path. U touch blue you get back to where you started. Blue circles are way too close to yellow ones. I actualy walked into yellow and i got teleported. And the same thing happend over 100 times so. Either remake that puzzle to be more straightforward or reduce interval when those reapear. It's confusing all i got to is middle beacon circle and disabled impassable wall at the next side of the chamber.

ps: i was really upset just after quittin game because of puzzle ^^

It's ok. I took me exactly 22 mins to get to the middle circle and get the omega rune of healing. Now i got 1/6 of those. Btw when i reached the end i got no reward is it supposed to be like that?
I only found ways to middle circle/omega rune/ and the other side. I think i'll try to get all the items extra life and the orb :).. Oh and the puzzla isn't impossible it requires patience and consentration which i lack so solving this puzzle was a kind of good lesson. Forward to see many more puzzles!

I don't like the left/right arrow keys changing the tabs. especially while the tabs are minimized. I'm sitting here trying to move my camera around without the mouse and its bugging the hell outta me because if I hit left or right it moves little then stops and i have to hit the key multiple times.... Really annoying. I'd say just go back to the commands.... Or at least fix it so it wont change tabs if the tab is closed.

Beta 1.3 to Beta 1.3a

  • Added new starting packs.
  • Fixed(hopefully) loading problems with combat kings and spell book spells at chapter 4.
  • Fixed saving and loading professions.
  • Fixed a bug in chapter 4 that didn't load Heaven's Bless ability.
  • Fixed Synthesis item descriptions and fixed some problems players couldn't create some of them. Also removed the ones who I have not yet remade. Don't worry, all of them will come back at later versions.
  • Fixed bug that players couldn't create alchemist potions.
  • Fixed Silver and Thief Set combination.
  • Edited Restore Panel system. Added restoration potions.
  • Increased Mini-Bosses hit point regenerations.
  • Chapter 1 Mini-Bosses are now a little stronger than before.
  • Added 2 low magic orbs to chapter 1. Now you can create Zwill Blade or Aerial Shoes at chapter 1.
  • Fixed a lot of minor bugs.

I believe you can move camera with numpad keys 8 up 5 down 4 left 6 right. Those camera stops may be because of the multiboard Since changing multiboard stats from 1/2 to 2/2 needs to either press left or right keyboad arrows. I'll try to set custom settings and c if it works.

Yea there is. I could remove one thing that stop your camera every time you move it left or right. I put it to the campaign because people told me it was annoying when you switch pages at multiboard camera moves.

Okay, I think I fixed it. Now it should not stop your camera moving when you are in the "camera mode". Is this good or?

Zwill blade can't be made at chapter 1. You can only find 2 magic orbs in total while making moderate magic orb requires 3 small magic orbs. Typo error on making moderate magic orb recipe "threer". Am i wrong? I could only find 2 small magic orbs.

I believe he played alpha with that bug but however not 1.2a or 1.3.
I've found Camera moving issues. Because i mostly use Keyboard arrows to move camera i find it annoying.. When you move camera with keyboards right arrow it sort of stops in the middle u hav to push it serveral times to move screen 10 inches. Oddly it buggs alot with right screen scrolling using keyboard.. Now, when i tried with mouse, it was ok. My keyboard isn't broken i've tried on other warcraft maps as well as other games. As i mentioned it stops scrolling more often when trying to move screen to right.. Up down left bugs too but not that often so if this exact thing happens not just to me i hope you could look into that.. I believe it's tied up with RPG like bound character cam where u can set it to follow and move angles with keyboard arrows.

PS: I like your avatar pics.. Theyre funny and where you dig them out of? Srsly you keep changing those i like that. hmm mb i should get one too. :D

Well no I didn' t have that bug in the alpha but in the beta

(alpha one rocked my heromanagement to a whole new level, so I got to the chapter 6 and im stuck at that end boss)

The next major version will come within 2 week, I start making chapter 5 few days ago and there's still a lot to do. I quite don't what do you mean by alpha's heromanagment but that chapter 6 end boss is too powerful.

i mean the way i aproach a boss and how i switch quickly to other heros and the useage of hotkeys over clicking.
