Story
Background Story
Twelve peaceful years have passed since The Great War ended. The war that lasted centuries but no man could recall the reason of. The age of despair, bloodshed, loss and grief is now past. The new age brought the opportunity for human kingdoms to rise, as humanity has broken free from the grip of the dragons.

This story focuses on Kingdom of Balgaron and three famous Dragon Slayers: Phodom, Fradz and Galeoth. Each of them starts their journey in different places, but they will eventually meet eachother and join forces along the path. Together, the three are forced to go a conflict beyond their imaginations.

Lead them into an epic world, guided by a strong storyline that covers hate, love, war and peace.

The honored Dragon Slayer Phodom gave up his life as a warrior and began a new life with his wife and his children, far away from the capital of Balgaron in the small town called Dalli. All his plans were going smooth and easy until someone steps into his life and changes everything...Fradz is a young energetic Dragon Slayer known for his short temper and bad manners. This silly thief is a very powerful warrior and it is said that he even killed powerful dragons single-handedly. After the war, Fradz went on many journeys, but one day a mysterious voice told him to travel to the famous Dragon Inn to meet someone who was once very close to him. Fradz accepts this new journey, as he knows that he cannot decline it...Galeoth, the son of a legendary Dragon Slayer lived up to his father's name and became one of the leaders of Balgaron. After the war, Galeoth still believed that the war was not yet over. His obsession to find dragons led him towards the Icy Mountains where he is about to uncover a horrible secret that will change the fate of mankind...

All abilities remade and new abilities: Battle Banner, Fiery Ball, Fire Power, Ultimate Sacrifice, Counter Attack, Energy Shield, High Strike, Crystal Plane, Galeoth's Order, Illusion Army, Magic Convert and Magical Fog.
'Critical Chance' attribute added! It starts from 5% and it can be increased various ways.
Now also Strenght increases Critical Damage just like Agility.
Chapter 5 Pumpking Quest's second cinematic updated.
Chapter 7 Epic Boss removed the terrain deforming to decrease lag.

Vacuum's area of effect reduced. You cannot grab items from far away anymore.
Background stories and so-called "Books" are completely added to all chapters in this version.
Every single Spell Book spell has been added to the campaign!
Many new items and item changes. For example, superior items, which costs a huge amount of gold, are added to middle chapters; however, they're worth it!
Improved the multiboard a lot. Now it is more informative and better organized.
Combat kings once again rebalanced and changed. The major thing is that now they all cost 2 Honor Points.
Espers improved and made even stronger. Please come and tell me what you think about the Espers now. I've seen that players don't use them and I really want to make them useful.
Many changes to the starting packs! Now they should be balanced, every single one of them!
Stealing improved; now it shows the percentages.
Easter Eggs added; currently just 2 but there will be a total of 12 Easter Eggs. Check them all out!

Now each STR gives 20 health instead of 25.
Now each INT gives 10 mana instead of 15.

Chapter 7 is now opened.
Boss points are now removed from the game. You can still change your Boss points to Honor points by writing this code: "-change".
Remade all item, ability, spell, esper and all other descriptions: they are now shorter and easier to read.
There is only fire, ice, and lightning spells now.
Improved multiboard by a lot, added some new stats to it also.
Added new combat kings and new spells. Combat Kings now only go up to level 5.
Added some more tactical meaning to the battle: some abilities can do or use buffs called Brittle, Stagger, and Bleed. For example some other abilities can use these buffs to deal increased damage.
Now Special abilities will increase by every level instead of every fifth level.
All professionals are now universal.
The Critical Damage bonus starts from 100% instead of 0%. The chance to do a Critical Hit is still 10%.
Once again, more items.
New Spell System: Instead of spell books you can easily use spells from left corner just like potions.
The file size is now bigger because I imported some resources to the campaign. The expected file size in the end will be about 120mb to 140mb. I hope the file size won't be a problem.
New balanced attack and armor types: Sharp, Blunt, Magic, Light, Medium, Heavy, Sturdy and Elemental.
Now some enemies are categorized as Summoned, Undead, Drgon and Monster. Some items and abilities can do extra effects to them.
Now enemies won't do their abilities while stunned.
The campaign is now optimized and protected. All thanks to Shadow Daemon for creating the awesome "campaign optimizator" program".

Added Game Panel where you can for example eat food, move your boxes and cast espers.
And many, many other changes. Once again so many changes I simply cannot remember everything.




Save & load combat kings and spell book spells are fixed.

Six new Galeoth abilities: Chill of the Frost Master, Frozen Storm, Icy Barrage, Inner Light, Mesmerizing Ice Crystal and Piercing Shard.
Combat Kings are remade. All high tier combat kings aren't remade yet.
After every cinematic units you had selected before will be selected for you automatically.
Now quests will give experience like before.
Fixed chapter 5 ending.

Fixed a bug and now Black Market sells the correct item: Third Hand. Now you finally can actually get the Thief Set at chapter 2.
Fixed Anthenex Esper's attack type.

hi i'm replaying this in normal "whole new" again and i'll be updating my experience throughout the chapters with a set of new whole skill,

heres my 1st chapter report for Phodom:
-at all times, Ultimate Sacrifice are not working in terms of damage, stun is still working.
-Blinding Hellfire skill (W AoE skill)'s damage only works at certain short range, but stun works on longer range then its damage.

2nd chapter for Fradz:
-while under meditation, you cast windwalk(invisible strike). (doing both at the sametime)
-calling boxes, vacuum, digging, any skill action done will trigger his S passive Illusion to spawn (even using item, drinking potion unsure)
-fradz's invisible strike has been causing lost agro on bosses.
-Riddle question: how much % does Minor Restoration potion restore? <----this item is in the game? @@'

3rd chapter Galeoth:
-ultimate skill: frozen field, may have insufficient skill animation (just my opinion)
-magic hammer leave permanent vision on the map after casting on an enemy target.
-dimension healing spell is not turning Galeoth HIMSELF *invulnerable* for 3 second.
-puzzle 1/3 after finishing chapter, despite solving the mysterious ring and mana ghost.
-Omega ring boss loss agro when Galeoth reach one of the 4 visible tile platform or far enough to the corner of the room. (i have alot of stun)
-Omega ring boss's skill deal damage at unknown prediction, (some skill cannot be seen, damage is received by Galeoth at unknown times)
-Frost Esper Anthenax, when casted on frost spider summoned from boss item, spider queen, does not spawn out.

well i quit w3 for exam. good luck with the fixing xD

Can someone help me with chapter 8 icy golem puzzle? They resurrect instantly and it's quite annoying. Already checked out the walkthrough and still no help

When i start this custom campaign in WC3TFT it shows me the chapter screen, but no matter what chapter i choose the screen just goes blank after a while (black).

There is no CPU nor Disk activity.

That Egyptian monster thing in Chapter 2, I manage to damage it to 50% of HP but than it turns into Fradz and owns me.

I think its possible to evade his attacks, but it would take a lot of tries.
Im gonna finish the campaign first before trying on epic bosses (Since there is that roll back option, or was it give up, that stores stats).

Also, Ice mage guys introduction map was much shorter than Fradz and Phodom in terms of exploration for the first time. Still it was pretty cool, good thing you have a menu that asks you would you like to fight bosses, last thing id enjoy was entering an epic boss fight because i clicked on a ring.

uhmm excuse i dont know if this is still active but i just want to ask something regarding phodoms phoenix combo skill, in an older version that i played it could kill the epic boss in chapter 1 in 2-3 hits, but when i downloaded and played the latest version it seemed to tickle than hurt,could even kill a monster with less than 1000 hp! why is that? is this a bug or something? or has he been nerfed so much that his ss is much weaker than impact flare?

its a walkthrough if you have trouble beating a boss.
Chapter two "Egyptian monster" was hard when u first fight him but when after you know his moves its pretty easy. I do recommend item that boost your movement speed. The copycat Fradz's special attack when he turns into lightening balls is easier to dodge if you hide in the corner.

The phoenix combo in the older version wasn't supposed to deal so much damage so he nerfed it. It's still pretty strong even if it's nerfed.

Per hit(12): (Level of Phoenix Combo x 100.00) + (Strength of Phodom x 2.00) + ((Agility of Phodom x 2.00)
AoE: (SPELL DAMAGE + ( Level of Phoenix Combo x 500.00)) x SPELL DAMAGE %

owwwww.... nahhhhhhhh im just gonna use the previous version until chapter 8, that way i can easily steal the items of bosses with that 1000% steal chance from fradz and then kill the boss in 4-5 hits ^^

but thanks for the replies:) although i predicted this when i did a check up on the skill and noticed that the damage was (12x60000)+5000 or so, more or less, but yeah thanks again and i lookforward to finishing the 1st campaign that took me more than 15hrs to complete without cheats XD

One of the last version of the campaign. The idea is to get rid of the last bugs before the final major versions. This version has added a few new things to the campaign and balanced it from the bottom to the top.

Version 1.9o to 1.9q

- First Interlude added, others are still being added
- Espers rebalanced
- Basic ability cooldowns rebalanced
- Experience and Gold bonuses are now shared
- Remade Yurgimar battle(try to beat him now!)
- A new puzzle in chapter 9
- Added last of the items to the campaign, now there are more than 700 items
- Fixed Fire Element save/load
- I somehow was able to reduce the size of the campaign by 10 mb
- Made a lot of changes and fixes around the campaign last couple of months

NOTES:

- If ever, now is the time to test and create a great save for chapter 10
- Easter Eggs are not yet added to the campaign even if you see them in the multiboard
- The full version of the campaign should come for you as 'Christmas present', chapter 10 earlier

-Hotkey Hint for stealing is F+F and not R+R for me
-Music will not play when the player watches the full cinematic without skipping for Elite Froggy Boss (unless reloaded), this might happen on every cinematic+boss moments
-VERY IMPORTANT: long story short, i play tree tag, regrow bug pro, so is Fradz's High Strike, hotkey W+C hold position at 0.1 second after pressing W, where when you pressed C to stop the channeling, fradz require no mana and cooldown in casting High Strike. In this case, High strike deals damage. Samething goes to Archeon's agility and Miragath's strength item can be done with halting normal attacks.

-Combat King issue given the item Aegis Shield, selected for Phodom only give him the item and NO combat king skills - but it is still non-significant as it was mentioned on TCOcampaign - the Aero excluded most of the annoying and game breaking bugs
-Ormester(farm killing quest)'s carrion swarm *charge skill* can be evaded with the skill Dig (accidently found out LOL) - :ogre_haosis:
-Stageboard listed 9 boss but 10 Steal, the other quest (golem and ormester) does not have any item slot - the scoreboard contains such things in almost every chapter. And still - it was not counted as significant bug

-Noctoriah's attack cancel/spell cancel debuff on Fradz make Fradz's Teleport Strike+Flash Strike useless. (when its only attack cancel, fradz would only deal 0 damage) - because such abilities are the combination of the spell with dependancy from direct "hand" damage. It is not a bug also, you still can beat Noctoriah - why do you think that everything has to be so fair and simple?:ogre_hurrhurr:.

Aero, you've done the great job again. Dunno how you got so much motivation for making and updating the campaign for so many years.
Totally best and unique wc3 campaign ever - nothing to compare with.

Wow. I'm so glad to hear you decided to finish this Aero. I had lots of fun playing this on my downtime in Afghanistan.

Adding to my wc3 rpg group in facebook to try and get this wonderful campaign more publicity. Shame single player campaigns can't be advertised with bots like the multiplayer maps.

if you want to write bugs you should write it in bugs section and make it easier for Admin to reply, still there are a lot on your list which is not bugs some are just game mechanics problem. I have perfect completion in every chapter so, stealing and digging is not a bug, you just not find the another mini boss which required specific event to occured.
Chapter 1 : troll assassin < this guy is invisible) or bandit lord < which dissapeared) after first boss fight usually missed, wuzz shaman < same with bandit lord) sometimes
Chapter 2 : the geomancer lord which occured when you have killed all geomancer
The only bug is miniboss which sometimes exceeded the limit. I got about 19/10 miniboss at chapter 6 still its not a significan bug its just a scoreboard.

You should read which is not a bug which is considered a bug in the bugs section.

pretty happy to see theres active forumer giving replies, i never initially thought of getting such response from u guys either. I'll be sure to just update the relevant parts and will be replaying certain part of the game for assured clarity before i update them excluding scoreboard errors that is... And I just realized some boss that looks so creep-like have items on them as well...

Chapter 8 cant get full Jade set ( lacking 1 item ). I was able to get full set at previous patch, not sure if its a bug or my mistake.

Chapter 8 cant get full Jade set ( lacking 1 item ). I was able to get full set at previous patch, not sure if its a bug or my mistake.

Damned Carapace isn't avaible at version 1.9q. It will be fixed.

About Jade set - it's your mistake, I think - I've got full jade set in this version.

-Noctoriah's ghost obelisk puzzle can be solved with Fradz unharmed due to windwalk - it is not even a bug or glitch - it is just an easy way to solve the problem
-Noctoriah's attack cancel/spell cancel debuff on Fradz make Fradz's Teleport Strike+Flash Strike useless. (when its only attack cancel, fradz would only deal 0 damage) - because such abilities are the combination of the spell with dependancy from direct "hand" damage. It is not a bug also, you still can beat Noctoriah - why do you think that everything has to be so fair and simple?.

Aero, you've done the great job again. Dunno how you got so much motivation for making and updating the campaign for so many years.
Totally best and unique wc3 campaign ever - nothing to compare with.

I have strange feeling; am I reading bugs or some story from another world? I tried yesterday already comment but my head started to spin when I was reading these comments. But yeah I get some of the stuff you both have written.

-Hotkey Hint for stealing is F+F and not R+R for me

So what's the problem?

-VERY IMPORTANT: long story short, i play tree tag, regrow bug pro, so is Fradz's High Strike, hotkey W+C hold position at 0.1 second after pressing W, where when you pressed C to stop the channeling, fradz require no mana and cooldown in casting High Strike. In this case, High strike deals damage. Samething goes to Archeon's agility and Miragath's strength item can be done with halting normal attacks.

This seems so odd I don't understand. I don't know if I even should understand. Does this cause any problems?

Wow. I'm so glad to hear you decided to finish this Aero. I had lots of fun playing this on my downtime in Afghanistan.

Adding to my wc3 rpg group in facebook to try and get this wonderful campaign more publicity. Shame single player campaigns can't be advertised with bots like the multiplayer maps.

Where is the damned carapace? I cant find it anymore in the auction hall

I mistakenly removed it. I have another minor version with that fixed plus chapter 9 epic boss. PM me if you want that or wait for official version to come...

Chapter 7 cant find item "Damned Carapace" for Maximilian quest. I've done all digs, all quests, all steals and auction house so pretty sure its a bug.
Chapter 8 cant get full Jade set ( lacking 1 item ). I was able to get full set at previous patch, not sure if its a bug or my mistake.
And thanks for the awesome campaign again aero, indeed the most interesting campaign for wc3.

What part you're missing?

Aero, you've misunderstood me - I was trying to reply on the comments that were not even a bug. So, I've got nothing to say about the bugs currently.

The only one thing - please, check that all requirements for significant items and sets are obtainable (like for Maximillian).

Btw, do you have some plans about stream event before the final version?

And you was planning to add "death" item - during the previous stream we've found a model for it - was it added?

4/5 Jade set parts i've got are Cloak, shield, amulet, armor. Like Lin've said that was my mistake, i missed 1 part somewhere... Its been few months since the last time ive finished the game.

I'm really looking forward to the new christmas patch.

And some more questions of me for the game:
- After killing the Keepers in chap 9, a shiny ball thingy appears and its can be pushed. What is the use of it?
- Chap 7 minigames ( puzzles ) are really hard, are their rewards any special items or nothing much?
- Is Yurgimar now a little overpowered? I've tried few times and kept failing. Anyone has any tips?
- Is there a way to get full Omega set for now? All i've got is 2 or 3 parts at chap 9.

1. Jade Set - you've missed the blade - it has to be stealed in Ch.6 from the Dark Messiah - elven gladiator model. Dunno maybe Aero by mistake deleted it, but in previous version it was for sure obtainable. Maybe in current it was deleted - can somebody check it???

2. You need to push 2 shiny balls together in order to summon another one - but as I remember the reward is not so great.

3. Not a special as I remember - just gold and average items.

4. Visit TCOcampaign.com - in the last comment Aero gave us a link to a minor version, with a comment that Ch.9 Epic boss was fixed.

5. As far as I know - currently it is not ready. It contains Omega Orb (6 parts from ch.3), Omega Gloves (from Ch.3 also but I'm not sure), Omega Braclets from obelisk puzzle from Ch. 8 - but the item gives no bonuses and just clickable without any effect (I think that it was unfinished).
Also you can see in some NPC's inventory an omega weapon - it is counted as Set item (2/2 or 3/3) and it is quite powerful blade. But surely, not an ultimate one and there are a lot of better items for the game end (Super Holgro, 3 different hero's sets, maximillian, Aero set, Jade set, even dragon buster for phodom, orichalcon, Giga (or Terra) Ring, Excalibur (gives about +1500 attack damage to Galeoth if he got a lot of mana), the blade that is created from vampire fangs (don't remember the name), Crown of magic for Galeoth, Life Stone for any hero - so you just need a Ture Zozi and a lot of gold to obtain it all).

Maybe Aero himself can reveal us more about it.

I have all Jade Part :) you can obtain a Jade Blade by steeling Mesiah in chapter 6, after you kill a general boss in same room.
In chapter 7 minigames, you can rewarded for honor point, if I remember correctly, 2 Honor Point per minigames you made it.
I also have a question, can all Omega's items merge in a Set? i have a Gloves, a Helmet and an Orb.

Hello everyone, I have tried many times in chapter 8 but still cannot solve the monument quest. Could you guys give me some advices ?

Yellow monument = lightning element
Red one = fire element
Blue one = ice element.

Thats my tips. Good luck xD
Im excited for chapter 10 Aeroooooo.

is it just me or the crystal cave puzzle @ chapter 8 is bugged? when i killed the golem, it auto respawn even im beside it, when i tried the method of luring them in one place, the technique ain't working, they just respawn again when i killed them.
