You can't generalize the time
This one:

took much longer than this one

as the first one features a lot more details.. and if they're requests, mostly people want special things in the pictures and stuff (pancakes?

) which extends the time.
I'd say between three hours and ~10 hours - while the 10 hours artwork is this one as I was completely unsure of the positions, haircuts, style of the guy and the perspective.

By the way, the hair takes the most time as some might have noticed
