“Destiny is written in steel and fire — will you fight for honor, or revel in conquest?”

Step back into the Age of Chaos, where the world of Azeroth teeters on the edge of ruin. Warcraft III: Origins (Human and Orc Campaigns) is a complete reimagination of Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, the classic 1994 RTS that started it all. Cammand Azeroth’s brave warriors, led by the unwavering Lord Lothar and the sagacious Landazar, their strength and wisdom remaining the kingdom’s last hope against the coming storm. Unleash the relentless Orcish Hordes as they yearn for battle, their fate entwined with the towering might of Orgrim Doomhammer, the insidious schemes of Gul’dan, and the iron rule of the ruthless Blackhand.

This is a fully finished, voiced custom campaign Warcraft III: Origins. It is a remake of the very first game Warcraft: Orcs and Humans. This project is whole reimagination of the original game with both old and new features. Like: you can’t build town halls or initially you can only select four units at a time (this can be turned off anytime you want). But for the most part, it will be a total conversion with a lot of changes and improvements.

Seven powerful sub factions, each mastering their own unique style of warfare, await your command.

Immerse yourself in exciting cinematic sequences voiced by legendary WarCraft community personalities like Grubby and WTii, alongside breathtaking original artwork and a host of thrilling surprises.

Step into the heat of battle, where brutality and honor collide—welcome back to the World of Warcraft!

Ah, and one more thing.... STOP POCKING MEEEEE!!!

@AkulaSubmarine congrats on being featured in the Spotlight, man! Long earned and well deserved.

Fifth iteration of the same thing.
"...with a million more well on their way!"

You've really got to give this one a chance - if not for the plot (btw, the story here is quite alright and features some very unusual takes on the lore), then for gameplay, for sure. Every mission in both campaigns has some interesting gimmicks and/or cool gameplay mechanics.

I.. don't like the choice of models/textures.

What amount of drugs have they given to that poor peasant?

That said I do like the idea of the campaign itself.
It's one of the best reactions to the models ever! :xxd: You made my evening, friend!

Are catapults still the destroyers of worlds and ultimate weapon of the final war? :p
Oh, yes, they are. They're like "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US", but catapults. So, practically, even better.

This is like… what? Fifth iteration of the same thing.

Is there any other story in Warcraft universe except First and Second War?
Well, at least it's the first Warcraft I remake with soviet helicopters (I'm not kidding), robots from Total Annihilation, spies from Red Alert 2 and other "New Construction Options".

And don't forget an interesting voice acting with some edgy accents (THEM SCOTTISCH ENGINEER, MAN!) and typos. :xxd:

Any chance someone played this yet for a video series?

But nice too someone else remade and did their own version of the Warcraft Orcs & Humans...

I'm really happy to see such a wonderful creator like AkulaSubmarine getting featured on the front page — it's well deserved! It's the result of dedicated and meticulous work, and I'm glad to have contributed to it, even if just a little. Now all that's missing is a remake of Beyond the Dark Portal for the second part! Is that something you (AkulaSubmarine) have planned?

You mean the Remembered Project? Yes, you did, you helped me with 3D models. How's your own project doing?

As for Beyond the Dark Portal.. I don't know. With all the experience I've gathered, it still took me two years to create these two campaigns. And there are still two other campaigns (Remembered: Orcs and Remembered: Expansion) to polish. I don't know, man, I don't know.

from what i seen watching Wtii play this one unit attacks much slower than lordpernolde remake meaning you can actually micro soldiers , i also noticed units have some really low armor like knights have 2 armor and footmen 1 the difference is so small :xxd: idk how to replicate armor being as good as it was in WC1/2 but sure as hell it did its job better than WC3 armor mostly because it worked differently with each armor point reducing 1 point of damage and not % based.

Oh, those armor and damage types, attacks' speed etc. - I've had to experiment with those a lot. I can't say if I've recreated them 100 % true to the original. But I'm pretty proud of myself, becaue the main feature of Warcraft I is there - THOSE GODDAMN DEVASTATING, BONE CRUSHING, NUCLEAR BOMBING CATAPULTS.

you should that abbey level alone is pretty good , the voice acting has its charm too and of course catapults are OP never been a fan of spamming siege myself as i prefer more humanoid dudes but each to his own.
