Are there rules about that signature? for example is "press this botton" and behind it a reputation adding.

If people want to rep you, they'll click your rep button. There's no reason to have an advertisement in your signature.

Why do you have disabled rep if you care so much about it anyway?

I'm not sure if you're agreeing with me or not, but if he wants to add things to his signature like buttons, then he could've at least searched.

From what I know, he spams his want of rep, and using rep as an example doesn't help my opinion of him.

lol if being correct and that he wants 2 spam rep he should know that rep doesn't judge really anything since you can easily get rep what he should focus is on if he wants 2 be judge better and classified different is work on uploading resources more post and being helpful but mostly i think he wants something on his sig that moves or you can click.

I think hes talking about people who have the button stuff that makes a pop-up with the adding rep message in it, but I can't remeber who has it. (if you check, it doesn't acually add rep)

Eh?
They won't be able to the see the amount of rep orbs you've recieved, since your rep is disabled.

And you should rather rely on your real reputation rather than the amount of shiny orbs below your avatar.
