Though the young Warchief Thrall ended the demon curse that had plagued his people for generations, the orcs still wrestle with the sins of their bloody past. As the rampaging Horde, they waged a number of devastating wars against their perennial enemy-the Alliance. Yet the rage and bloodlust that drove the orcs to destroy everything in their path nearly consumed them as well. Long ago, on the idyllic world of Draenor, the noble orc clans lived in relative peace with their enigmatic neighbors, the draenei. But the nefarious agents of the Burning Legion had other plans for both of the unsuspecting races. The demon-lord Kil'jaeden set in motion a dark chain of events that would succeed not only in eradicating the draenei, but forging the orc clans into a single, unstoppable juggernaut of hatred and destruction. Hehehehe NO SPOILERS HERE

New Tech-tree In this campaign, the player will be able to experience a brand new tech-tree that is based and inspired by the Mag'har Orcish culture that existed before the First War, and the Draenei before they discovered the ways of the Shaman and other lore found in World of Warcraft. Different Perspectives of the War! You, the players will get to experience both sides of the war. See the destruction of the Draenei race through Velen's eyes, see Durotan struggle with his conscience on which path is best for his people or be bathed in blood and glory through the perspective of Blackhand the Destroyer. Though you will get to play as many characters, the story will mainly focus on the life experiences of Durotan and Velen. New Soundtracks and UIs! The campaign will use different UIs which can be found right here on the Hive and some soundtracks from the Burning Crusade and the upcoming Warlords of Draenor expansion! Durotan; is the son of Garad and Chieftain of the Frostwolf Clan. Durotan is also a contemporary of Orgrim Doomhammer, who is the second-in-command to the Blackrock tyrant Blackhand, and the father to the future-Warchief Thrall/Go'el. He stands as a rare voice of reason in a world where war and brutality reign. Draka; is the warrior-mate of Durotan. She was also the daughter of Kelkar by his mate Zuura, and the granddaughter of Rhakish. Draka was one of the weakest and palest of the Orcs as a youth, but soon she was molded into beauty and perfection as she reached adulthood. Draka was a firm believer in the Frostwolf clan's convictions of the old ways of honor and shamanism.

Drek'thar; is the beloved Elder Shaman of the shamanistic Frostwolf Clan. Known to be blind since birth, Drek'thar is very dependent on his wolf, Wise-ear, but blindness doesn't stop him from being one of the greatest shamans Draenor has ever seen. He is very much willing and will do almost anything to please the ancestors who guide his clan to the right path.

[td] Ner'zhul; is the Chieftain and the Elder Shaman of the Shadowmoon Clan whose religion and practices revolve around the darker arts. He was tricked by Kil'jaeden the Deceiver into uniting the most of the Orcish clans and forming the first ever incarnation of the Orcish Horde. He was dethroned of his place as leader of the Orcs by his corrupt apprentice, Gul'dan, when he opposed the orders of Kil'jaeden. Orgrim Doomhammer; is the second-in-command to the Blackrock tyrant, Blackhand the Destroyer. Orgrim, being part of both the Thunderlord Clan and the Blackrock Clan, became a key point in uniting the Orcs under one banner.
He is one of Durotan's closest contemporaries. They originally met whilst secreting away as children from the sleeping tent during the Kosh'harg festival in Nagrand. They soon grew up as best friends but the decisions of Durotan soon brought them under close watch and rendered their friendship.

Gul'dan; is the leader of the insidious Shadow Council and he was the one who brought the Blood Curse to the Orcs. It was Gul'dan who betrayed Ner'zhul and tricked most of the Orcish population into drinking the blood of Monnoroth on the Throne of Kil'jaeden. He was really tempted by the power and pleasures offered by the demons, but soon those promises became lies. He was again tricked by the master of Kil'jaeden and Archimonde, in the guise of Medivh, the prophet, into taking the Orcs to other worlds to conquer.

Blackhand; is tyrannic the Chieftain of the Blackrock Clan and the first ever Warchief of the Horde. Known to many as "the Destroyer" for his brutal practices and militaristic behavior. A tactical genius, many mistake him to be as a dumb as the Ogres, which soon leads to their unexpected fall. He has a lust for power and most of the time lacks good sense.

Grommash Hellscream; is the youthful Chieftain of the Warsong Clan. Grom's iconic battle cries and songs are known throughout the world of Draenor.
He quickly rose to the rank of Chieftain when he challenged the previous leader to a mak'gora, a duel to the death to solve disputes. No one's ever challenged him since and be it a good or bad decision, the Warsong Clan always seem to follow him orders without question.

Prophet Velen; has been known to be both the spiritual and the political leader of the sect of Eredar known as the Draenei. He served as a leader of the Eredar even before Sargeras offered them unlimited power. He was the only leader of the Eredar Triumvirate - which consisted of Kil'jaeden; the most decisive, Archimonde; the most impetuous, and Velen himself; the wisest of the three - to refuse the power and the riches the dark Titan, Sargeras, offered them all. He was chosen by the Naaru, K'ure, 25,000 years ago to lead what Eredar he can collect and leave their home world Argus. He has been hunted since by his former brothers.
Now that he's been found, Kil'jaeden unleashes a new destructive power that will annihilate his people from the face of Draenor. He is forced to struggle to protect his people against this new threat. We will soon know of his fate... Restalaan; is a long-time friend and second-in-command of the great Prophet Velen. He has been with the unwavering Prophet since their escape from Argus until the present day where he stands as the Captain of the Guard of Telmor, the hidden Draenei city.
During a routine patrol, he and his soldiers saved two future Orc leaders - Durotan of the Frostwolf Clan and Orgrim of the Blackrock Clan - from a rampaging Ogre in the Terokkar Forest. He brought them to Telmor where the two young buys witnessed the Draenei's culture first hand.
When the Orcs waged war on the Draenei civilization, Restalaan was one of the first few to answer the Prophet's calls and take arms against the Horde.

K'ure; K'ure was the first naaru to make contact with the Prophet Velen, and was instrumental in saving him and his followers from the hands of Kil'jaeden's man'ari eredar. It communicated to Velen through an ata'mal crystal that the eredar held sacred for centuries, as their mysterious appearances long ago is what allowed the eredar to make such sweeping strides in the areas of magic, science and technology from their telepathically given knowledge.
K'ure became Velen's friend and mentor during their centuries of flight from Kil'jaeden, but, for unknown reasons, it fell ill and was forced to make its Dimensional Ship crash on a red-green world that would come to be called Draenor.

[/td] Kil'jaeden; a powerful eredar demon lord, is the acting leader of the Burning Legion. He was selected 25,000 years ago as the right hand of Sargeras. While Archimonde had led the Legion's armies, Kil'jaeden's agenda was to assimilate every race possible into the folds of the Burning Legion. Since the apparent banishment of Sargeras, he has assumed the role of supreme commander.
He was the one who brought the dark arts of the Warlock to the Orcish society and it was he who tricked both Ner'zhul and Gul'dan into waging war on the small group of Eredar he's hunted for millenniums now calling themselves "Draenei". Archimonde; was the one of the leaders of the eredar, ruling his people on Argus alongside Kil'jaeden and Velen in peace and harmony. He eagerly joined the fallen titan Sargeras who promised him power in exchange for loyalty. He loyally served his master and the Burning Legion for thousands of years, before his destruction during the Third War. He was described to be Sargeras's right hand and powerful, elegant, smooth and intelligent and became Sargeras' military commander, triumphing on many worlds.
Archimonde was against Kil'jaeden's search of draenei, but did not take any action.

Mannoroth; is the brutal and ruthless leader of the demonic race of pit lords known as the Annihilan. He became the favored lieutenant of both Kil'jaeden and Archimonde, the greatest champions of the Burning Legion, and became known as the "Destructor" and the "Flayer". Mannoroth has led countless assaults on different worlds alongside his masters and was chosen to defile and recruit Draenor into the fold.

Sargeras;, formerly of the titanic group known as the Pantheon, is the creator and the leader of the Burning Legion, a vast army of dark and corrupt races brought together to wreck havoc and destruction upon the different worlds they come across. Though he is briefly mentioned in the story line, he has caused most of the chained historical events to fall into place one by one. He is essentially the primary antagonist of the World of Warcraft.

Medivh;, also known as the Magus and the Last Guardian of the Order of Tirisfal. He was corrupted even before birth by Sargeras himself who used Medivh to conquer Azeroth by bringing the Orcish Horde, through the Dark Portal, into the world. This also allowed the Burning Legion to re-enter Azeroth and take revenge on those foolish enough to stand in their way.

Thrall;, is the current Warchief of the Horde and the son of the Frostwolf hero-chief, Durotan. He has redeemed the orcs of their dark deeds in the past and has given a new and true purpose to the surviving members of his race he now leads. He will be the narrator of the story through Durotan's and Velen's eyes.

So, I've recently started working on the loading screens. Im trying to make them look like the original ones like in Warcraft 3. Im adding a top and bottom border, then with a smudgy background. For the right side, of course there should be an icon and the description of each map. Then Im gonna add an illustration to the left side that depicts what the map will be like. Well i'm glad to see novels come to life as campaigns.The beggining of the Horde and the first orc-orc friendship with Ogrim and Durotan is under my opinion one of the best novels ever made (Tides of War always goes first )

So I've completed the stats for Draenei units and buildings. All I need now are ideas for spells. The terrain for the first cinematic is almost done. We're still looking for a triggerer so feel free to apply. Screenshots will be posted within the week.

Actually, I need a spell idea for the Vindicator(unit) that doesn't involve any of the original Paladin skills.

Naru lightwave (heal nearby friendly units in a line )

Light's Wave-Like shockwave but will heal more units but less life will restore, it will also damage...Undead? Really. Death Knights?
Retribution Aura-Why not? lol. Reduces enemy armor.
Holy Bulwark-Creates a shield which protects units from enemies around blabla radius diameter circle and units enter will get it but units who leave it will be free from the shield effect.
Exorcism?-Like locusts but more paladinish.

The campaign looks nice anyway, excited for more screenies.

And hardtime, i think u need to show us the models that u r going to use. From it we could make à good spells for every unit.

AS REQUESTED, images of the Draenei models were added BUT they are NOT OPEN for DISTRIBUTION so DO NOT ASK unless you're part of the official modding team. The team has also been closed with the addition of youness as the AI editor, yousef as the triggerer, and Zzonehardy as a minor-triggerer and a tech-tree balancer. The team is still waiting for the addition of Imperator as a terrainer after he is done with his contest and possibly Ragnoras as an AI editor for some campaign battles. As of late, we're almost done with the Draenei tech-tree, when we're done with that, we'll be able to start up on the cinematics, other maps, and tech-tree.

AUTHOR'S NOTES: As of Oct 26 to 28 I will be on vacation at a province leaving my computer behind with all the resources needed for the project though I will still instruct the team on what to do because I will be taking my laptop with me.
