I second Daffa! I suggest that there be some type of voting system. So for example if one map gets 3 votes 3 votes for approval from reviewers that should be automatic for the moderator to reject or approve. Of course we need Orcnet and Vengeancekael to agree to this. I don't know how we can convince them. Maybe we should all discuss an idea and bring it to Orcnet or Ralle as a group. Any ideas? If my idea is dumb feel free to let me know. I don't mind. I just wish there was something we could do to help. Sorry I was inactive for a couple weeks. I just released a map and will have more time to dedicate to reviewing.

Vengeancekael is no more of a moderator sadly. Though the idea looks good and I am thinking that we look like mini-mods which actually looks good.

Sure it "looks" good but its not actually helping clear the pending section. I think we should have a very small amount of power... say like 1/3 the power of a moderator so if 3 reviewers agree we can reject/approve a map. This would relieve the moderators of some of their responsibility. I think it would help them (or is it only Orcnet) out.

I read the database update for pending resources, an approx of 5 maps are uploaded a week.
This idea has been used back when Rui was a Map Moderator (~2006), it's however! was a fail since it needs too much review to get one map as approved.
I am agreed with Legal_Ease suggestions, it can help with the purge.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't mind, but let's see, I'll talk to him and Kobas about it.

On a slight another note, VK no longer have Moderation Powers over Map Section.

Oh ya, I figured that out. Thanks. I hope we can do something to bring down the numbers on the pending list.
