ok first of all it's not a programming language but a scripting one.
And it's never useless to learn such things, because with this you learn many usefull logical things. Also it's helpfull for some people to understand other scripting/programming languages

And what is the difference between a programming language and a scripting language?
Whats the point of telling people that don't know much about programming that jass is a scripting language.
