I have a 24-yr-old cat. Human years. I keep telling her she needs to realize that she's like, 200 in cat years and that she shouldn't be as active and perky as she is. I don't think she believes me.

You missunerstood the idea of human and years compared to animals.

You useally say that if your cat is 10 years old, it is 70 in human years. (aint realy correct as cats live longer... maybe you should multiplicere with 5 insted to be more correct = an 10 year old cat is 50 year in human.)
But it is mulitplicated with 7 if dog. (although the size of the dog matters)

Cute Dog werewulf. (but 10 years was old for that type of dog I showed, believe the age record for the race is around 17 years.. the oldest I ever seen was 15 (damn it was funny, moved slower then a snail.))

My cat is 12, my guinipigs is 2 and 3 (the 4 other died before the age of four)
My new dog is 7 months (but huge, proably wont last that long) and my other small little dog is 8 years.

btw: Both my big dogs was in the gigantic dog class. (both of them was/is female so only around 70% size of a male of the same race.) Damn if my new dog was a male I wouldnt be able to be in my bed when it was there too.

I got:
- A 1 year old rabbit/bunny called Krijn. I think he's depressed. See avatar :]
- Two 1/2 - 1 year old hamsters, I don't see them coming a lot out of their housies.
- Two birds, kanaries or what ever you call them, they just make a lot of noise. They are a half year old and called Hans and Grietje.
- 6 Chickens, see pictures few pages back. Fuzzy, Blacky, Little, Sofie, Sofia and that other black one which I can't recall the name off.
- Animals in my backgarden, does that count too? ^^ I saw a rat too.

It's only boring compared to ours'. Because the most exciting thing for a dog is something we would consider boring, their range of excitement is much smaller than mine.

My dog's 7 and a half now. It's very noticeable to tell he's getting old. Like before he used to chase the cars back and forth like 5 times (they were on the opposite side of the fence, and the park was enclosed, don't worry), nowadays he runs to the fence, maybe runs half way, then stops and just watches the cars go past.

Agreed. I would never be excited if someone throws a ball for me to take it.

I thought that was a "Pictures of you" thread, but, when I saw the (friends/family), it gained a bigger sense to post photos of pets here. But... photos of chickes, like TDB did is so... unusually.

lol.. It doesn't bother me.. It stays in pretty much the same place all the time.. And if it's in the way, I can just move it to another position and it'll stay there.. fairly simple.. One thing I love about it is that it blocks the sun.. Oh yeah, and it keeps my ear warm when it's cold..

Well my farther actualy one time got a bill which wasnt his, because the owner thought he was my dads brother (they doesnt look anything like each other, but they have kinda the same smile) So their only features in common was the smile... and my farther was refused to buy anything before he paid the bill.... took my dad a while to explain it

Because all of those pics you have seen (with the exception of the punk pic) was taken around 5 hours after normal bedtime..

And realy it is no offence... also I have postet most of those pics in these two last weeks (this included) and in those weeks I have been writing a major school project with 20 pages nuclear physics (not including pictures and similar). So well I been late up writing, then you get the "stoned" look

But I am handing it in tomorrow (21 dec) and then I am going to a pub with class to get some beer. Then I am going to make a honeycake house with my familly. Proably would look much better there... but as said.. not going to post any pics from normal look
