Patch 1.28 Issues - Anyone else?

I'm just curious, is anyone else having issues with battle.net's patch 1.28?
Now before you ask, I have not modified any game files, and I get my version of
Warcraft 3 directly from Blizzard's website.
My problem:
I downloaded the patch off battle.net. As soon as I restarted the game, it crashes on launch.
There also seems to be some funky resolution stuff happening, since I see the title screen for a
second at a lower resolution size.
I am in the process of backing up my projects and reinstalling Warcraft 3 and Frozen Throne now.
Is anyone having any similar problems with legit versions of the game?

Try running as admin, installing Blizzard App and running with -nativefullscr parameter.
