Says on the first page that Cavman is without a partner still.
That's been fixed for a while now.

what's a forsaken?Awesome; so she's gonna be like, a Forsaken?
what's a forsaken?
ok. what does that have to do with the model itself?: |
Followers of Sylvanas who's mind was freed from the Scourge's mind control, either when he started losing powers(and thus control over his Scourge) or while a banshee possessed them. Sylvanas forms the Forsaken at the end of the 'A New Power of Lordaeron' mission in the TFT Undead campaign, together with Varmiathras, after ordering Varmiathras to kill Tichondrius and Garithos.

Fan: interesting, what is it going to be? I'm assuming it's female, seeing as it has high heels on. Lol, but imagine trying to fight in high heels![]()
Anarchianbedlam, thanks for the positive feedback.
For the fire; I'll talk to l0w I guess. You're right about that; I took the texture of a single cloud to make it different from the usual "clouds8x8fire"(which looked bad on it) or any other "clouds" texture, I just sort of dislike them.
As for the crossbrace; I'm assuming you talk about the part that connects the roller to the front wheels. In case you misunderstood, it's just there to keep the roller attached to the tank. I don't see how it's too thin, but I'll talk to l0w and we'll see.
I join this contest. I'm the skin maker, my partner is Sellenisko as modeler.
Here is what we want to make.

Neodex supports biped?
I hate to be the one to stir up a shitstorm, but i really think an extension is in order, the deadline is the same date as the due date for all my uni work. The next week we have holidays, so i'd easily finish the model in that time and maybe touch up the skin if need be. Do i have a case?
Shading and Highlights | Is the skin shaded? Is the shading and Highlights appropriate? Does the shading fallow a consistent light source? Are metallic regions shaded correctly? Does the skin look 3D when wrapped around a unit and viewed with lightning conditions disabled? | 25% |
Originality and Creativity | How original is this skin? Is it something new and interesting, or is it to creative? Does the skin have any resemblance to the original, or is it so different you need to tell us what it wraps around? Does the skin have a good underlying concept and idea? | 25% |
Texture Detail | Is the skin Blurry? How well are the detail created on the skin? Are the patterns, armor, joints and seems in new and innovative places or the same spot as the original skin? How well are the patterns created? How 3-dimensional does the texture make flat portions of the skin appear? | /25% |
In-Game Dynamics | How well does the skin work in WC3? Does the portrait work with the skin as well? Does the skin fit in with other units or does it stand out in the wrong way? | /25% |
Considering two people have to work together and rely upon each other to create a finished product I'd say this contest does seem a tad short, though I'd still wait until the deadline posted runs out before extending the contest any further (you got to inspire procrastinators somehow). I have a pretty good feeling that this contest will be extended though.
On a somewhat related note with questioning the information posted on the first page; I'm going to have to agree with previous posts that the scoring criteria seems to be weighed heavily on the side of models and appears to have a limited connection to skins. I suggest that the model and skin be scored separately and have their scores averaged out to determine the team's score total. Being a skin moderator and having hosted a few skinning contests, the criteria I use to judge them is as fallows:
Shading and Highlights Is the skin shaded? Is the shading and Highlights appropriate? Does the shading fallow a consistent light source? Are metallic regions shaded correctly? Does the skin look 3D when wrapped around a unit and viewed with lightning conditions disabled? 25%

of course the above criteria could be modified to be more suited with this contest. It just seems that half the scoring is based solely on the model, and the other half a combination of how the two work together; with limited emphasis on the skin itself. Considering there are a few fields that are equally applicable to both skins and models the scoring could also be modified to be more focused on both, though if each were judged separately it makes it easier for them to be equal, which I find to be rather important to this contest.
