DonDustin: looks pretty nice, but there are a few points that might need some changes:
1. the ears look very nighelvish/trollish/goblinish, but not like the ears of an orc. the a too long and too peaked.
2. the unwrap of the mask and of the ponytail needs some more work. The chest and back area could also need a tad more love( the unwrap does not look symetrical)
3. I think you should change the material of the blood splats on the axes from transparent to blend, because it looks much better and realistic this way.
4. You should really search for another texture for the team colored tribal. It's style stand out too much. war3.mpq->ui->glues->mainenu->maimenu3d->banner_orc2.blp might be a better idea, even if it's not team colored. You could make the braces tced instead(what you even intended, but which does not work, because the texture part does not support it(you might want to take the ChaosOrcRange texture or something similar instead))

As far I can see all those 'flaws' are fixed now, so I can approve this good model now.
