Prince MoonWatch : *after IronSoul leaves* "hope this new prototype works, as far as I concerned and remembered about Arzemon's Gates, no Dampeners have worked so far. Even the Magic Kingdom and UMSR who are experts at disabling portals can't close them without destroying them."

@Everyone : As most of us aware, all this time NullMagic open and close gates whenever they send a strikeforce or defense force, but apparently, that's not how it actually works but it has sort of hidden mechanism where only NullMagic Elite Officers knows (and MoonWatch was one of them). If Prince MoonWatch's plan come into fruition, then it's possible to stall all NullMagic advance for a decent while.
Remember, as stated by MoonWatch, there's no already existing dampener that can be used to block NullMagic advance. If this one works, then he will give all factions that partake against NullMagic the prototype dampener to halt the gates.
