I am (hopefully) getting into modelling, and since I have some experience with Blender, I hope to be able to use it for mesh modelling. It can export as .obj, but my Googling has yielded little for finding out how to get .obj to .mdx. Is there a way to do this conversion?

Here's my workflow:
- Make model in Blender
- Texture model in Blender
- Export as .3ds file
- Import into gmax VIA THE SCRIPT from this website, DO NOT import it via gmax's built in importer, it discards uv coordinates, and gmax's uv editor is next to useless.
- Rig it and animate it in gmax.
- Export it with the Dex script.
- Load it up in War3ModelEditor and add last minute touches (such as re assigning the proper texture, dex script doesn't do textures, or adding a particle emitter if you like).
- Open up in warcraft 3
- Reopen up in warcraft 3 because I screwed something up along the way.
