You should be showing people how to make their own..

No artist is obliged to make an icon. and there are too many ways one can make for himself.

It resets to pending if the status was "rejected until updated" (aka "needs fix"), otherwise it will remain rejected.

I do, quit rubbing the "rule" on people's noses. Not all share your opinion like a do..

I would advise you to stop posting about "your rating" of the skins, even if that is your own opinion i kinda go along with.. If someone can't find an icon for something, let him ask for, or make one himself.

so by your logic, if i make a shitastic skin that just barely gets accepted but has an icon to go with, i should get something like 3 while a better done skin with no icon will get like 1/5? your flaw in logic is astounding.
