Looks really cartoony, in some way.
The mountain looks kind of spammed, you should really add some contruction to it, and add some shrubbery.
The hills in the background are way too high. Smooth them out. The forest lacks variation at all, I see no tile variation and the same trees with the same size everywhere.
The fog doesn't fit 100% with the sky, perhap make the sky abit darker?

And also, you should zoom out the whole scene. :)
Sorry if I was hard there, it's no offense, just trying to help :)

Defninetly looks better! What could still beimproved tho, is;
Extend the sky. It looks like the sky is right behind that Lighthouse/whatever, try making it look like a real sky. Maybe add some clouds, also?
The water looks kind of boring, and this is "Optional", but maybe add a boatwreck, or a ship or something? Dunno.
Also, add some plants to the edge etween the mountain and the water to fill up abit and make it more interesting :3

Looking better :)
Well it can always be improved, and here's what could be IMO;

Change the camera. Use a lower perspective to make the pic more interesting.
Try changing the sky, so it matches the fog better. And still, try extending the sky so it doesn't look so near.
Add more grass, shrubbery plants and that stuff! :)
Keep it up mate, getting better :p
