I got a question will this game have like 2 on 2 battles >.>?
Here are some attacks for rock leetness (ima write like max_dan did cuz it looked awsome >_>):

1 Leaf Whirlwind

Lee will attack someone quickly with a powerful kick

2 Remove Weights

Lee will remove his weights making him much phaster

3 Leaf Rising Wind

Lee will kick the opponent into the air (required for using front lotus)

4 Front Lotus

Lee will wrap the enemy in the air (requires leaf rising wind) and piledrives them into the ground

5 Shadow Dancing Leaf

Its like body flicker lee will move quickly behind his opponent (not necessarily behind >.>)

6 Dynamic Entry

Lee will distract the enemy with something (like a kunai) and then surprise attack the enemy with a powerful kick

7 Springtime of Youth Power!!

(Kinda invented -.-) Lee will get excited (=.=) to fight someone (its like when u can see fire in his eyes lol) and gain more power to fight him

8 Drunken Fist

Lee will drink sake and get unpredictable and much faster

9 Open Gates

Lee will open the Celestial gates gaining more stamina, strength speed, etc. (required to use Reverse Lotus)

10 Reverse Lotus

Lee will strike the enemy repeatedly in the air and then kick them into the ground causing massive damage ;D

yeh lees concept is pretty much him having alot of speed >.> if there are 2 on 2 fights or 3 on 3 there is another attack for him

11 Leaf Strong Whirlwind

Lee will protect an ally for one turn and if someone uses an attack of him lee will counter him and deal some damage >_>

hey cell, really thanks man! Just another person that has been a great help! Really Apreciate!:thumbs_up:

For now there will be only 1vs1 combats, though combats with more characters would be something to think in the future, thanks, for the suggestion I'll keep that in mind:thumbs_up:

Great map looking forward to it, I haven't posted for a while but when i saw this project it made me have a whole different look on naruto map makers.If you wanted to make a point saying naruto maps don't have to be sh*t you made your point.I would say i could help you but by the video i think you know far more vjass than me.Good Luck!

I don't know vJASS, I don't even know JASS, actually I've been trying to learn it, unsuccessfully though.

It's simplier than it looks.

Ok then i would be able to assist you in the making of any triggers you may not accomplish or even just turning to jass to make them leakless and fully MUI(i trust you know what leaks and MUI are)

but I still have a doubt. Does points created over regions create leaks? I read stuff that it does and I read stuff that it isn't so I'm confused.

You must assign the created point to a variable for later destruction, i believe that's all which is required to prevent a leak in that case, but then again i haven't modded wc for almost 4 months so...

nah learning jass is easy, believe it.It depends if the region is a variable or if it is created in the moment(for example within a certain range of a certain unit is a region created in the moment)if it's created in the moment it leaks, if it's a variable it doesn't leak if after you use it you destroy the variable, but if you want i can check your triggers for leaks, but tomorrow because it's 1:30 am here and i'm gonna sleep very soundly, bye bye

Hey, sorry it's been a while since my last post, been busy with life lol. Anyway, your map sounds like it is coming along nicely. As for the issue of programming in JASS vs. GUI, DEFINITELY atleast become familiar with it enough to read it and follow along with it, it is definitely worth it. I would hate to see this map die to the horrors of memory leaks. I've seen ambitious maps be completely abandoned after makers spend days/weeks trying to fix a leak. In GUI there are things that you truly can't do that you CAN do in JASS much more efficiently.

also, perhaps an interesting spin on rock lee.
Perhaps instead of having complete abilities like primary lotus and such, perhaps he could have basic abilities like when you ingage a target you can start off with a konoha senpou, this would give you the choice of either following through with great konoha senpoi (yes it IS a jutsu used by lee lol) or continuing to kick the target into the air. when the target is in the air you have the choice to keep kicking him higher OR to execute the initial lotus. This would make Lee unique in his own way, also, it would allow him to control the potency of his attacks, since Lee has a lot of attacks that deal damage to himself whilst damaging his opponents, this would be useful. for example, if your fighting someone and your too low hp to execute a full power initial lotus, but your opponent is low enough that it would be the fastest and most effective way to finish him, you could do a lesser lotus by not kicking the target as many times/as high. This is only a proposition, and im not even completely sold on it yet, your thoughts?

If you're trying to make it turn based, I would look into a map called "Battle Tactics".

I'm sure it will help you figure out what style of turn system you want to incorporate.

Eh, Battle Tactics is a turn based game somewhat similar to Fire emblem, where you move your units around on a grid based field. from what i've read, i don't think thats really what your going for lol.

Well, Battle Tactics is turn based. You don't need to use the grid system, but you do need to limit how far your characters can move within a turn, as well as how many attacks they can make/etc, which I think is of great example in Battle Tactics. Because that's what TURNS mean. They mean limitations based on turn. Because its turn based, you can create much more intricate special moves, attack styles, and abilities as well.

well as I said before, since school start that I've got no time to work on the project.
But tomorrow I'll receive my new laptop, and I'll be able to work on school time and so.
Within a month I might give another video preview, but I'm not 100% sure. Gameplay is far from ready to be tested.

hey I need to know what you think about this guys:

I just started learning JASS successfully, and now I want to know your suggestions, should I keep working on the map with GUI triggering or should I remake it on JASS and made it to the end with JASS?

Of course the second way will delay the project, but it will be better in the end.

well, a more efficient map sounds great ofc !!
why would making it JASS delay the project ? isnt there an option, where you can convert GUI-triggers in JASS-scripts ? wouldnt this be the same ? (sorry if im wrong here, dont know anything about JASS)

so, if im wrong, it depends on how much time you got: if you havent time to work much on the map, better keep it GUI for the first release, if you have much time to work on this map, you could already start making it JASS now, so you dont have to do so later
