Thx. i have two other threads in the terrain section. One called the epic village of the hand, which is a retarded terrain that i made out of boredom. And the other is an underground NE city that i just finished. You should check them out.

gimme some ideas what spell anim should he have (particle-wise, i can't animate)
fire? Ice? Storm? Wind?

I would say Water/Ice. The problem with both is there are no good water/ice textures in the game. -.-

maybe fire/ice?

How is a naga gonna use fire under water. lol. Although, since he's red, fire would suit him the best.

not quite var C: the geomerged models need extensive reworking of each and every mesh

Spellmaker, get a trial for Milkshape. :3 honestly, the latest version may be $20 (US) but it is well worth it if you really want to model. Milkshape is actually easy to wrap your head around (unlike other modeling programs I have used... truespace,3dsmax >_>)
