As you can see there is much new kontent but you also need to start new because of the recoding.

Gameplay/Keyfeatures:

  • -Now monsters etc get unselect when MM enters or leave a room.
    -MANY new Monster Master names. (26 in total! One for every alphabetic character!)
    -The Boss from Dungeon #8, #9, #10 are stronger now.
    -Improved the F9-Log from "Items" and "Fusion-Help".
    -Now ALL T4 monsters with a sub fusion with a ?-monster needs a min FL by 10!
    -PvC Monster Master now level their Aura abilities dependent on their level.

    -Earth Guardian was shown as T2, but it was T3.
    -Fixed a tooltipbug from Poison Strike.

    -Wisp had a melee attack, but should be ranged - fixed.
    -Fixed a bug, where the Itemdropmessage said that a fusionscroll dropped, when a specialitem dropped instead.
    -Increased the distance from a portal when you enter a new dungeon.
    -It was possible to go through the closed PvC-Arena door - fixed.
    -Mega Drac had no projectile - fixed.
    -Added an error message, when loading with an old code. (also some Errors didn't worked right)
    -Added some error messages for "-new"; for example when you try to repick while fighting in the arena.

    -Fixed a tooltipbug in the "Drac Lord" fusionscroll.

Improvements/Performance:

  • -Decreased Loadingtime and improved game performance a bit by changing how the ability learn system works for enemy creeps.
    -Recoded the whole teleport triggers and added a few features to them. (GUI -> JASS)
    -Recoded the Fusionsystem a bit - now items from "parents" will go into the inventory of the result monster on will be layn down to its feet.
    -Recoded some other Triggers from GUI to Jass.
    -Added a max loadcount: Players now have got 5 tries to load their heroes.

    -Increased the attack damage from monsters with higher tiers. (+2 dmg / tier)
    -Monsters in higher tiers get a hp and mana bonus now.
    -The command "-mi" now also shows the Fl of all monsters.
    -Monstermaster now revive after 30 seconds instead of 45 seconds.
    -Now, only players, who are in the Dungeon get the gold and the message, when a boss is killed.
    -Added a new Ability: Stomp
Balance:

  • -Balanced the price of some staffs.
    -All mana potions now cost 5 mana to cast.
    -Increased the bonus damage from Inner Fire.
    -Increased the bonus damage from Damage Aura and made the value non-%.
    -Rebalanced the price of some Monster Master items.
    -Rebalanced heal value of Spell: "Healing Wave"
    -Flying Dutchman now has got new abilities.
    -Greatly improved True Sight.

And now the description:

You play the role of a Monster Master in a town of a volk which live
close to the nature. There you get the mission to train your own team
of Monsters to help them cleaning the country from the Darkness.

To get a better Monster Master and to get permission
to enter the greater areas, you have to fight
and win competitions in the PvC arena.

To get better Monsters,
you have to fusion them.
The stronger the parents,
the stronger will be the fusioned monster!
There are 141 Monsters in total in v0.55b.

As the Monster Master you can decide,
when your Monsters fight,
what Abilities they use and what Weapons and Armors they wear.
Every Monster has got 2 Item Slots.
The Monster Master can't wear equip items,
but he can carry potions,
or nets to catch new Monsters
or other useful stuff for the team to survive in the wilderness.

You can make matches versus your friends
in the PvP arena or play together as a team in the hostile dungeons
in the world of the monsters.


Features:

There are many features.
It's the best to find them out by simply playing the game. =)
It could be that the game isn't beginnerfriendly,
because in the beginning it is hard to
understand how everything works,
but finally it's fun, when you understood! ;-)

i have played ver 0.46b becouse i didnt found this new ver in in my lsat game 1 man tould me about this ver and now i stuck becouse i dont know how to chande my code to the 0.59b ver becouse code is too short. can u help me please?
p.s u should post this ver at epicwar.com maps so people can to find this ver and not older vers like what happaned to me and my units is t3 x2 so please help me :asad:

God i love this RPG. always play it. If i get bored with it i play some other games and always makes me go back to Monster Master Wish there where more games like this. only 1 question are you making new things into game or did you stop. ? i love to see quests in this RPG :thumbs_up:

because there was a general code reset in v0.5xb because of some features i added into the save system...
i also can't upload this map on epicwar.com because of some problems. :-/

1. do u plan to make a newer version of this RPG?
2. How do I make the Tier 3 n up monster??? I don't get the idea.. please tell me.. I have a baby fire dragon (Dragon/Demon Tier 2) n how do I make it to Tier 3 Fire Dragon?
3. on 1 of ur fusion scroll (#15, to make Drac Lord).. the main is salamanda (Dragon/ Tier 4) and the sub is Dragon Guard (Dragon/Tier 4).. how do I make Salamanda n dragon guard since both of them is the same species and same tier? (both of them is Dragon/Tier 4.. How to make a single species end up into a different kind of monster)

please.. I needy ur help..

So difficult, I can't find ANYTHING.

you can find the fusion scrolls by fighting lvl 30 monsters.. however, there's a percentage this items gonna drop... I dunno the percentage though.. lol.. just keep fighting lvl 30 monsters n U'll be sure to get some..

Hi !

I tried it yesterday and I'm still at the beginning but it's really fun :thumbs_up:.
I don't have bug to report and I would have say it's no more a Beta ^^.

However, I wonder about the drop system : monsters low levels can drop items that are much higher level than theirs (like level 3 drop item level 14), is this wanted?

Also, this map reminds me a lot the Morry quest in Dragon Quest.

Congratulations for this anyway !

well you are right, this map is made by a concept of the legendary Dragon Quest Monsters!
but most people just think that this is pokemon. -.-

the item drop is working correctly.
it should be ok, if monsters drop items which are above their levels,
because then you - as a player - know that there are many levels to go to reach the end. ;-)

I have played with several people in this game and they all enjoy it verry much. They allso wish there was a quest line. They say this because of the king and inhabatants look as if there might of been a quest line involving them. I dont know if this is true but a quest line might be very cool indeed. But This is all around one of my favorite games to play by far. Well done.

Played the game all night (i'am unemployed right now, unfortunately! :hohum:) i have to admit, very interesting conception and i like it! :)

But!

Robbie! I have few remarks if you dont mind :)

Plz make numbers to monsters in the inventory. I mean if you look at the main screen avatars (hero avatars) and the sequence not always the same as the inventory number :( please solve that one... little bit confusing when you are in hard micro :D

And the most important thing:
Came accross the following bug(i hope this is a bug :):
Trained one tier3 wisp to lvl30 from lvl1 (with hard work :angry: ) Fusioned two lvl30 wisp for wisp king (according to scroll #12) and i almost blew my mind when i realised >>>reappeared the tier3 wisp with lvl1<<< :nw: :angry:

if this helps:
-two wisps were fusion lv2 and one caught in the wilderness(was lvl30 already)...
-played with the actual version (0.59b)

@dark.xuan: well it was just about the fact that you posted 3 chinese posts into the hive forums where you should use edit button and english - i don't understand chinese.^^

yeah, as i saw the chinese MM RPG version i was really stunned the first time. 0.o even the load screen is translated. really amazing work - but i don't know who translated it ... :-(

@ocsisajt: the thing you mentioned is not easy to fix. for that i could perhaps install a command which you can use every 30 seconds to reset your team - which is then in the right position like in the multiboard.

the chinese ver by me translated it . hehe.. relly love the map.
Many Chinese players has played the maps for 4~5 weeks,and dont have a tier4 monster.

It's a really good map.

last time a friend of mine came to me - discussing what can be improved in MM RPG and how. i now have got plans on how to further really improve the game. =)

Ok nice that you have plans, and maybe for 14 you could make it co-op Puzzels traps and maybe at the end you receive a egg of some kind where a random t4-5 monster comes out (baby form).

Maybe implant eggs that you will rarely find at the 10+ dungeons or something.

Also can I use your item management in my own RPG like you move an item to a storage box or sell it there ?

Great map rob, Thx!. I've played this one for 2~3 weeks with a friend (there're not many mm players here :sad:)
but my friend isn't available to play all time, neither am I. so i play solo the most time.

It's really hard to lv up monster and watch'em dissapear when 'solo fusioning' T_T can't you do something about that? i mean, it would be gr8 i could preserve both fl 15+ monster after fusion. Or both fl30+ monster........

ah, and can i suggest you to modify the home island? i'm just too lazy to walk 10km from respawning point to fusion point, pvc, or shops :gg:

I have few questions about tier??? monsters.
I can see them in the picture, i found some fusion scroll but i dont know which one is which. I am looking for agi based dps who can be maybe the monster with illidan skin. Can somebody please tell me which monster it is (his name) and if hes really agi based as u suppose? Also the Archimond red skin monster and what based it is (agi or str).

Archimond is int monster, He has fireball, firerain, and firewave = he is useless, no damage for no diseable
The best int monster, is the drag boss, the boss of world 11, he has hydro canon, healing wave, and the best dps chaneling spell: charge
For get physical dmg team, u need reduc armors, get sinister [pheonix + aquaman, boss of world 4 + boss of world 10](he has decrease aura = 8 armors lv 30, range,agi), and get dark dorem (he has curse -12 or -16 armorslv 30, range, agi). After, get the item of boss world 9 who decrease armor of enemi of 10 points. Every hit u do, take 300 hp to enemies.

Dear Robbepop - the author of this freaking great game!

I have played two of your game Guild and Monster Master but I prefer MM the most which I'm stilling playing it now. First thing I wanna say is thank you for making this awesome map which make me stop playing Dota for awhile. Second thing is I wanna give you my suggestion, all of this are simply plain idea so it may be not fitted to the game but well, just brainstorming hopefully it can help you somehow for the next version.

1) Quest
With Quest, it can help beginner adapt the game faster also it make us doing the same thing normal like leveling up, get item but as a reward for quest it will be less boring as doing the same stuff over and over again. Or some daily event quest like in a land some 10 monster randomly level from 10-20 appear (the evil army) and we got to kill them all.

2) More item on the Master
Well, I agree the Master shouldn't have many attacking item since this is Monster Fight, not Master Fight but if the Master got some item like Boot (movement speed) or some Aura for his monster, it will be nice.

3) More item on the Monster
2 slot for 1 Monster is ok, but it will be nicer if Monster can carry more. Example tier 1 = 2 slot, tier 2 = 3 slot, tier 3 = 4 slot, tier 4 = 5 slot, tier? = 6 slot

4) Fusion need Fusion Scroll
Instead of Fusion Scroll let you know the method to fuse 2 monster but after that is useless, if you change it like to fuse that monster you need to meet the requirement for that monster but also you need the Fusion Scroll and click it -> success.

5) More slot for Monster Court and save item
3 slot is not enough for example someone want to change different combo. I hope there will be 10 or even 30. And also if your monster is in Monster Court, after you load the game then all the item in that monster will disappear... You should change it to stay.

6) Have a Inventory Box that can save item
Well, the Inventory Box right now allow me to move item to it but when I load the game it will dissappear. This is kind of ... for example when I have a level 30 item but don't meet the requirement yet, I can't just move in there and play and wait until I meet level 30 since leveling up to level 30 is not a short time.

Quest: 1) Robbepop doesn't seem like to make quest

2) Item in Monster master is good if it's like the pet in the GoH rpg

3) 6 slot in a monster, lol? once, The code is already long. 2 slot is enough, with good combo, u can easy do all dungeons. Maybe one more slot for misterious monster cause they have no more bonus than the tier 4.

4) Fusion need Fusion Scroll? And how can you fuse with other player then? Ur mate will need too the same scroll? It's k if you make slot in inventory box, but... Need then a second code just for MM and for Inventory box.

5) More slot in monster court? No, it's enough if you want to 2 type of team.
10 slot or 30 slot...Dream? If u save item in inventory box, You don't need item for monster in court.

6) Already answer it

How i make my destrozer tier 4? I got the scroll, but i don't undertand the second monster what is that...

I have try but din't work... That ruin my game, cuz i was almost doing the Balamoth, but can't finish... Well i over play for this...

And i have a question... If a have a tier 4 or tier 5... I can't anymore do fusions, to increvese my FL? I should do this before i get a tier 4 or high???
