Modding special effects

Hey :) first of all I'm sorry if I'm posing this in the wrong section, wasnt sure where to post it :p but anyways...

I simply want to make a special effect abit smaller, since there isnt any way u can do that in world editor(what I know of) I thought I'd import it to milkshape but that didnt work either ;/ So well.. how do I do that? ^^

oh okay sweet :p altho I cant find the scale modifier in any actions ^^ where is it?

You can't scale units by trigger. You just scale the dummy unit in the Object Editor. Then all attachments will be scaled by the same value, so it actually scales everything all together.

This means that if you want different scales, you need to make different dummy units in the Object Editor. Each with it's own scaling factor.

Yes you can; using animation: set unit scale.
but as you said, i'd rather scale the model in the object editor.
