I think we have a lot of ancient kind models, and that means cannons, catapults, farm, so I was thinking somethink new like metro or jeep, airplane, military base, ferari, special agent, mostly that kinda models will require to be done from scratch.

They don't require a lot of animating. Maybe just Death or small details.

Something that is truly missing on the hive:

Robot Base + Attachment Pack Mini Models!


Suggested Rules:

1) Base Model - Chassis (Main component, can be on wheels, a walker, etc.)
Must have those attachment points: Arms- 1-4 / Armor)

2) Attachments 1-4 - Arms (weapons, tools, shields, etc.)

3) Body - Armor (Stands on the Chassis, and holds the Arms)


Tell me what you think.
Could make a hella fun bot arena game with this after !

The problem with that is only few know how to animate

well thats why its says transfered animations, I think theres a even a tool to make animation transfers you just need the bones to have the same names.



I like ThisPOT theme too but thats probably too much for a mini contest.

it's actually fine, the hardest thing about it is th concept. And a couple of technical quirks... Yeah, not so easy.

Have a "Hero Version of Existing Unit" contest. Contestants can choose any unit from anywhere in Melee TFT (i.e. not just the existing four melee factions, but any creep unit or what-not)..

This idea is cool. Creating a hero from existing units/creeps will be good for mini-modeling.

or I would suggest electronic part based model (real life stuff)
