Man, the texturing capabilities in SC2 are so awesome. I wish we had this in WC3 :(.

Blizzard, why u no give us WC4 ? :(

Hey, Dude how to place the Texture??
Import them then use the data editor to create appropriate entries for them.

Start by importing the textures, or a mod containing the textures as a dependency to your map. Then go to the data editor and create some Terrain Textures catalog entries for the textures. Each texture needs 1 entry, where each entry links the diffuse and normal maps. Finally you need a Terrain Types catalog entry which references all the Terrain Textures entries in the "Textures - Blend" field. You can then select this Terrain Types entry for use in the terrain previewer. If you are using a standard mod with the textures in them then it may already come with the necessary catalog entries.
