German - Almost fluent (my first language)
English - fluent
French - Know some words
Turkish - Know some phrases and words... not too good though.
Bosnian - Native / fluent
Croatian - fluent
Serbian - fluent

Well, I wrote down Serbian and Croatian there so it appears like i know 7 languages ^^
But alright, 3 are really fluent, 2 are... decent.

finnish - native.
swedish - poor.
english - decent, good. (i try not to promise anything)
russian - a few words (overheard, asked from russian classmates)
uh...what else?

german - native
english - pretty much fluent
latin - was only able to translate it into german back then when I had it in school, forgot a lot about it
spanish - had it for 3 years in school. Could translate a text german-spanish and vice verca, but speaking/listen too it would be a pain
and then there are a few words I know from other languages from tv or friends and stuff.

oh and Shyriiwook, the language of wookiees. BBBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRR

I hardly call removing the occasional U or extra P from words creating an entirely new language. Basically, as long as you an a British guy can still carry out a meaningful conversation it's not a different language.

Might as well cal it a dialect, it's not much different then the natural phenomena of people from different regions of the same country speaking the same language slightly different, even if it did originally intend to have some rebellious context.

Even in different parts of America do people use strange slang. For some reason, people here call water fountains "bubblers." Also, people in Texas call all sodas a "coke." I try to shy away from this because its unorthodox and I have a lot of conversations here, so my manner of speaking is different than a lot of United States citizens. Basically, the hive has changed tons of my opinions on things, including the way I speak.

English: Native tongue
Spanish: On 2nd year of in depth learning [those random phrases they taught us in grade school don't count.] and can understand the gist of what another spanish-speaking american is talking about. When spanish speaking people start using some of their slang, or talk at their comfortable speed and accent, I get fucked.

Well this is natural in every single country. Look at Slovenia, around 2 million people, but jet you have over 200 different slangs/pronunciations for some words or even whole sentences.

So if this site would happen to choose a different language other than English what would be the new primary language of this website?? i'm just curious...

Russian - Mother language, but I'm kinda forgetting it from not using it a lot.
Hebrew - 2nd 'mother language' from moving to Israel, fluent.
English - Well, I suppose you can read my posts if you want to know my level in it. I can speak in it too, but my accent sucks.

Wait you're Russian Jewish?

Well my accent sucks too. Actually that might be just pronounciation problems, since I'm a bit of stammer or whatever that's called.

EDIT: Oh, right, studder... but I did said I'm not sure how exactly it's called, right?

Languages

Kind of my situation, just instead of Slovenian, it's Bosnian for me.

There's no bosnian, that's a dialect while the croatians speak different, I don't know croatian but I understand it mostly because I am a Serbian.

I speak serbian as native, I speak russian, been in russia throughout entire life I speak russian good, I would say 4/5. I know english, I am learning french now, it's very hard to speak french, I am learning it for 3 years and it's still hard, so I know a little french.

Я Серб
Ја сам Србин
Ja sam Srbin
I am Serbian

Mandarin: Native
Malay: Fluent
English: A moderate grasp

Anyway here in Malaysia, basically almost everyone who went to school can speak at least 3 languages, since they are part of the compulsory syllabus. (Malay, English, and Arabic or a choice of your native language)

Kurt, do you mean decent? descent means inheritance (not the programming term)

My tongue is acquainted with 3 different languages, the first is my native dialect tagalog, not to be confused with filipino. Filipino is the combination of English, and a lot of other dialects used within the Philippines. Second, is engrish, yes engrish. The third one is C syntax. Oh there's a fourth one, I almost forgot, jass2.
