I cannot recall whether or not I replied to this thread already, but I'll list the languages of which I am capable of efficiently communicating with native speakers in.

In order of mastery; Norwegian (Bokmål); English; Norwegian (Nynorsk); Swedish. Furthermore, I have studied, but do not consider myself capable of utilizing in any real life context, French and Portuguese.

Romanian: mother tongue, so I guess I kinda know it pretty well, yeah.
English: been learning it for 12+ years, so I'm ultra-fluent. The fact that I mumble instead of talk kind of affects that.
German: been learning it for about 9 years, but for some reason it never did cling to me. I can speak german, but it takes a while to mentally form sentences.

Luxembourgish(?) - native language
German - second native language ? We also learn german at school
French - third language since we also learn french at school
English - Also taught at school
Latin - Optional (I've picked latin classes, sadly I can't get out of them now, BIG BIG MISTAKE)

Also is it 'I did this at school' or 'in school'.

English - Decent I guess
German - I can read most German texts pretty well, but can't write or speak German without a dictionary
French - Got this at school and I wasn't exactly good at it.
Latin - Not that good at it
Greek - Not that good at Greek either

Well, it means I was raised by aliens to speak your twenty one century languages. Then my native language is alienware-ish.

Dunno if I already mentioned this, but I'm too lazy to browse these 8-9 pages just to check, so:

English: Very fluent
Arabic: Native, fluent
French: Native, not so good (~1000 words)
Italian: ~400 words (Took it for a few months, might continue learning soon)

I might consider learning the following languages in the future though:

German: My cousin knows German, and she says it isn't so hard, so I might consider learning it in the future
Japanese: My best friends are Anime-fags, so they decided to learn Japanese ^_^
One of them already knows a lot of words and phrases, and from what I've heard, it's a pretty fun language ;D
Spanish: I MUST learn this language.

Portuguese - Native (my southern accent and my different way to pronounce the 'R' may sound weird, but still).
English - Decent, I guess.
Spanish - Basic.
French - Very basic.
German - Very very basic.
Latin - Basic.
