Jass Section Permissions Exploit

Normal users shouldn't have the ability to create a new thread in the Jass Resources section. For some reason, now they can
Only approved resources should go there. I guess it's a bug ;o
Users should only be allowed to create threads in the Submissions category.

Rui's been away for a couple days which is why the problem is still there.

In the mean while I know the forum inside-out no out of place thread will last very long there.

I looked at the permissions. "Registered Users" cannot "Post Threads" in "JASS Resources".

I forgot to post here, but this has been fixed for a good while now. Turns out I forgot about that little detail, and when I disabled posting in the root-forum, the Submissions forum inherited those "no posting" permissions and you were unable to post there too, lol.

I'm too lazy for making a decent documentation, and have serious reproaches about common available resources, such as an unit indexer.
