Is there a non-PTR version of 1.29 patch?

Is there a "normal" 1.29 patch like the patches released in 2011 or 2009.

And if there isn't, is it ever going to be released?

The patch has been released for a few months now.
If you are talking about stand alone .exe patches like we had for 1.27 and other prior patches then Blizzard has stopped releasing them since 1.28.
