How to add ESC into Units\CommandStrings.txt

Hello everyone. It is my unsolved issue more than year. Is anyone have an idea what can cause this?

Update: Found it but... I have to add ESC for the close skills tab. How can i do that?
I have a file like this Units\CommandStrings.txt
And it is the file itself. I need this for some reason.
