How many of you are using Garena

Hey folks!

I've just found a tool to remove the 8mb limit
from a map. It has a great potential, but it refuses to work
with the official Bnet. So I wonder if its worth to create
multiplayer maps which exceeds 8megas.

How many of you are using Garena or any alternative
network?

What is the ratio of people using bnet vs garena?

It's quite sad that LAN was removed on Garena from most countries (but we still have it here in the Philippines). I'm using GameRanger on the other hand for gaming purposes and Garena for chatting purposes and such.

Hmm, I've never heard of game ranger.

Garena keeps alive in all countries, the LAN disappears is just a problem with latest updates, I have this problem but the LAN appears (sometimes). I'm from uruguay and I have Argentinians friends playing without problems.
Garena don't say anything about that problem.

i tried changing my region to phil, i couldn't find the LAN button though

I believe I created an account at some other place, not sure if it was GameRanger, but yeah, if Garena can't be used for Wc3 I might as well uninstall it.

Listen to the man. I've tried GameRanger and I'm satisfied with it... there's around 50k users online at all times. Pretty solid. Not 2 mil like Garena, but it's growing.

If Garena doesn't support War3 anymore it almost ensures services as GameRanger to grow.
